When I turned in my truck after hours on Monday, May 27th to this West Pensacola, FL location, my return was apparently processed 2 days later on Wednesday the 29th. I was sent a receipt stating that I owed an extra $200 + taxes as in $40 a day for 5 days. 5 days that I originally PREVIOUSLY paid for when I got my truck 7 DAYS PRIOR from my starting location in VA. My contract covered my move from VA to FL for 7 days and 1119 miles. I turned in my truck with more gas than I was given AND under the miles allotted. The only thing I shouldve been charged for is $40+ tax since I had it only 1 extra day, NOT 5 days. I have called customer service and and still awaiting the resolution with the trouble ticket I had to file with them over this. NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME TO EVEN CLEAR THIS UP, I HAVE BEEN CALLING BACK AND FORTH being on hold and transferred back and forth for as long as 59 minutes.. Only contact to me has been emails auto generated telling me I owe this erroneous amount plus taxes and late fees, but these are incorrectly being processed on move. Direct phone calls to customers need to be happening whether they do after hour drop offs or during normal business hours. Because now here I am being over charged/back dated charged for something my credit card was already charged for and no one seems to have an answer or a solution.



Have more employees actually working helping and assisting customers. Not just walking around.

So when I rented the u-haul truck, I understand you guys like to have a drop off point, but I am understanding that I have the truck for a certain amount of time. I wasn’t able to go through my options for a drop off point, and I was going to later that night and confirm with you guys the next day. Instead I was called and basically given attitude by an employee because I didn’t have a designated choice and she basically forced me to select a spot then and there without even giving me really much of a chance to determine which location I would’ve felt was a more convenient spot.

Customer service was top notch, the truck was in great condition, just a gas hog. Not an efficient or powerful truck, but did the job I needed. That is the only complaint, everything else was the best.

I called the 800 number for my drop off location. I took it there to 4921 Mobile Hwy Pensacola, FL 32506 as instructed. Waited outside at the drop off area for 15 minutes. Worker approached me and informed me that unless I picked up that trailer at that location, they were not taking any, they were full. Told me to take it 2 more miles down mobile hwy to a location that was not open today. Reluctantly I did that. I had a hard time getting the trailer off the truck. Quite heavy trailer. Left it there and hoped for the best. Then got on my phone to complete my truck drop off, and the uhaul site tells me to take the trailer to a BP gas station. Needless to say, that did not happen and I left it at that location without completing the check out process.

Upon having the truck we rented, I following the driver noticed that the drivers side brake lights were not in working order. I called immediately and was asked to bring the truck back. I did and was given a new truck. (It was bigger, but there was no surcharge.) The staff worked quickly to fix the problem, but it did take time from our day to correct the problem.

Did not open up on time. 5 families waiting with one person working. Then he left and took the golf cart to help another person and was gone almost 10 minutes. Truck was not clean and ramp had glass on it. I tried calling customer service but was on a never ending hold and had to hang up. Not a great experience at all.
