Be more careful with equipment rented according to customer needs. Rented a truck for a cross country trip FL to AZ, was giving a truck with following issues: - AC system that shuts down randomly. - no cruise control. It was 2300 miles, you got to be kidding me. - to make it worse, truck had a speed limit blocker setup to 72 miles per hour, making the drive extremely stressing due to have to maintain truck on right lane, having people flashing light behind me and even worse, the fact that truck was constantly force to be at max, end up spending double the gas consumption estimated. Shame on you. Had rented trucks before for really long and short distance long haul, this was the one that make you loose a customer.Gio P.

Balance the weights about the invoice. I was 10 miles over and you added those miles to the bill, that's good. However, you gave me the truck a little low of fuel, I added about 7 more gallons of fuel to gave you the truck full, and you didn't credit that to my bill, that's not good.Noel N.

Not only did they charge me for 3 days when i only had it 2. They took 240$ out as a deposit then Charged me 138$ the estimated cost after i returned the equipment. Then refunded me 75$ then attempted to charge me 107$ because the 138 wasn't there for them to take because they still had my 240. Plus their odometer suspiciously read exactly 200 miles worth of trips for me even though my google maps history shows 166 miles. Something doesn't add up here.Michael D.

The process for reserving a vehicle is seriously flawed. While the part of selecting the vehicle and timeslot it is available is wonderful on the site, it is useless if the vehicle isn't available when the customer arrives. The system fully relies on when a customer says they will return the vehicle. We all know things can happen and vehicles come in later than we expect. I do not feel that the system should rely on the time the customer says they will return the vehicle -- rather -- the vehicle should be scanned back in when it is return. The scan in is what prompts the system to show what is available at each location. This is a far more accurate way, and would go a long way to retaining your customers in the future. I reserved a truck with an 8 foot bed for move a washer/dryer and was stuck with a 26' massive truck to do the job because that was all that was available...and the truck wasn't returned when the customer said they'd return it. It was ridiculous to drive a massive truck for such a small job, but I was forced to do it because there was no other option. Also, with regards to the customer service -- the woman who initially worked with me just told it wasn't available and did nothing else but say it wasn't turned in yet. No apology, no explanation for how that could happen, no offer to check other nearby locations to see if there was another one I could go to.....nothing without me prompting and asking questions..awful service. I requested to speak with the Manager who then was kind enough to offer the same rate for the larger vehicle, and said he's been working there for years and that this happens all the time. It really is inexcusable for a company as large as this to have such a faulty system for managing inventory -- a small change like showing what is available in the system through scanning in when it arrives back will go a long way with pleasing your customers, and helping out your employees who are working the front lines and have to deal with frustrated customers like myself who expected the vehicle they reserved ahead of time. I do hope that someone reads this feedback and escalates it up the channels to the right folks. I have to imagine this issue is costing you money, and customer loyalty. I know that I am more inclined to rent from Home Depot or some place like that since there is no guarantee of what I reserve will actually be what I end up with.Damon R.

More staff. I waited over 45 minutes to be assisted. Make the mobile checking process better. I went to grab the key from counter and nobody acknowledged me to help with finding the key. They gave away the assigned vehicle to someone else. Once I finally got to the counter the lady has to make me a whole new reservation. No only they raised the rental mileage fees but dropped the quality of service.Andres B.

They didn't have that much gas a quarter of a tank and brought it back with more then a quarter of a tank and they want to charge us and say we didn't have gas in it and they said I went over my miles which I didn't. And thank god my husband took pics of the miles and gas before we left to use the truck and when we returned it. I had to come back a couple days later to get my refund and still waiting for it. So this location will take your money if you don't pay attention to it. So EVERYONE if you go to this location, please take pictures before and after. I paid my bill in full on the due date 6/22/20 and actually found a home and moved out 6/25/20 . I went to the office to see if I can get a prorated rent, some of my 121$ I spent back and was told I couldn’t! There’s nothing in my unit! Then was asked if I wanted to go ahead and checkout?! The storage buildings are not designed well at all! They have way too many rental trucks and trailers blocking the driveways, this facility is not large truck or trailer friendly. I brought in a 16' trailer to load and it was near impossible to maneuver especially with other vehicles in the same area! I would NEVER use or RECOMMEND this facility for any type of storage.
