The workers are very nice but this the second time I've used this location and reserved a dolly and it wasn't included. Last time when I showed up they were out, even though I reserved it online. This time I reserved it and they didn't even put it in the truck.

I had a one way rental that I dropped. It was a day early but I didnt need the truck anymore. I was told to just leave it with keys and I would get an email. 6 hrs later no email. I called the location 4 times no answer and pushed to customer service center. They called the location and was told they were to busy to help. The next morning still nothing came. Truck was due there b y 9 am that morning. At 11 am went to the location. There was a female working the counter waited and waited called while standing in line she did not answer the phone. When it was my turn she really didnt seem to care. I explained what happened. She looked for the key and found it and then tried to find the truck which she could not. A younger gentleman located it somewhere out back. I showed her a pic of the odometer from when I dropped it off. She checked it in and printed a copy. In a low voice she simply said sorry. I picked a Uhaul facility to avoid this problem and here I had to go chasing them to get the truck returned so as not to get charged extra days! I have just moved cross country trying to unpack boxes and get settled and the last thing I need is to deal with incompetence and lack of caring. I will be writing to JOE SHOEN, CEO of Uhaul and sharing my experience.

I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk before anyone came to help me. When the employee finally showed up she was very short and rude. She acted as if my presence was an annoyance and when she needed anything from me she spouted more of a demand than a request. Also even though I was late to get the truck because of the lack of a service member being there I still had to return the truck at the original return time. Terrible customer service

I returned my uhaul before close on the correct day and was somehow charged for another week ?? Given a whole new reservation back to where I came from? It only cost me 121 after previously being charged 266 and 490? This all feels like a huge rip off and I have a complaint filed still awaiting a call...

When picking up an auto transport, have the associate either secure the vehicle or guide them is doing so rather than just walking away and leaving customer to figure it out on their own.

Pleasantly Surprised, I actually was going to rent from Penske, Original rental location took care of all my needs but I had to pick up at Hillsborough ave, they also took care of me. Wow awesome!!!!

If the reserved size vehicle is not available, at least try to make an effort to locate one for the customer rather than downsizing the vehicle. That put us in a difficult position to have to get rid of things because we did not have the space. We also set up a storage unit for our arrival destination through this office. They messed up the reservation by scheduling for the same day, rather than the five days later when we would arrive. Because of this, when we arrived at our destination city there was no longer a reserved unit waiting for us. Our reservation was cancelled because we did not arrive the same day it was booked.


Very weird gas policy 1/4 of a tank, they charged me $42.00 dollars in gas. I went the next morning and they had to refunded my money. Something theY claimed as a mistake” Bullsh**) they refunded after I show them a video of the gas gauge that I recorded when I took possession of the truck. Be very vigilant and record the gauges.

Unprofessional customer service from the start. Walked in and rep asked if i was there for a pickup. I said yes then the rep waited and looked at me. I had to ask what information they needed from me to lookup my reservation. Reps were more worried about the flies. I ordered 2 furniture dollys. They didn't have any furniture dolly so i asked for a utility dolly. When i got the truck i ended up with no utility dolly and one wooden furniture dolly that they sell in the store. Will need a truck in 2 months but will never rent from this place again.

When purchasing the trailer I informed the representative the type of vehicle I had and they did not inform me that there is a possibility that my vehicle could be damaged. Now I have a ruined front bumper.

The phone port didn't work as I had to keep stopping at service plazas to recharge for directions. The cup holders and that whole area was filled with sticky goo. The driver side mirror kept folding down every 20 minutes, very dangerous trying to push it back up while driving. The trailer blew a tire 45 minutes north of Tampa, unscheduled hotel room since there was a 3 hour wait for repairs. I delivered the truck 2 days early. Some monetary compensation should have been deducted for all the aggravation and delay!!!


The opening S Hook was too narrow...the pick up location should carry tools & be able to fix the issue.
