Day rental is actually 9 am to 5pm after 5 drop off is another days worth of rental. I believe that's a little excessive. I found the service was great and the storage was what I expected.

These people aka William, charged us for a dolly that we did not use. He said he was going to reimburse us for it and the money would be back on our card but it wasn’t. We might as well used the dolly since he charged us for it.

Communication is at the heart of human interaction, and it can make or break a business. Being able to communicate effectively with customers can lead to increased sales, repeat business and referrals. On the other hand, not being able to can quickly lead to decreased sales, frustrated customers and negative word of mouth. My recommendation, learn to communicate effectively with all your customers. Do not assume that because we share the same ethnicity that you can treat me differently.

It took several tries to get my account prorated. The day of moving out of the unit, there was another lock on my unit. They don't know what they're doing at that place. I wouldn't go back.

I came into this location on 10/26 to reserve a storage unit. The day 10/30 when I came to move in with my movers my reservation was there but not my unit. Horrible service!!! Unhappy customer!!!!
