Donald W | First ImpressionsThe U-Haul location at 2069 Watson Blvd, Macon GA actually assisted in the process. The young man was absolutely helpful. There were many hiccups during the process for access to the storage facility and he assisted in registering for the space, helping in making sure we had access to enter, gave a free lock to lock the storage. All while making sure we had the promo for the first free month. Sam was also helpful in making sure the process was smooth and correct - even on his dayoff. Stellar service by this location, I can't sing them enough praises.

I wish the site was designed for easy access and learning. Also I wish there is space in front of the storage door so truck can go backwards closer to door.

Aziz A | Online Move InIt wasn’t convenient to my location but the service was great. Mileage was calculated from the pick up point vir again, the pick up location was not convenient so I incurred charges for those miles.
