One representative didn't catch the extra charge on my account. No one was at the drop off location to greet or guide. It's in what appears to be a back alley which had back spacing for parking. The only thing good is that it is two blocks away from a gas station to fill up the U-Haul when returning.OSCAR G.

I had asked for dollys and when I went to pick up truck I was told we're all out! That's absurd it's a moving rental company. I had to purchase 2 dollys at 40 dollars which was more than my rental on truck. This is now the second time I have been with uhaul and I will never ever do business again with your company.CL J.

I reserved two 20ft trucks at a specific location for an after hour pick up and they couldn't get that right. After making several phone calls to correct their mistake I spoke with a customer rep who didn't care to resolve anything and hung up on me. I had to make due with one 10ft truck and come back 8 hrs later for the 20ft truck. On top of that they forgot to leave the keys. Their was also a truck blocking the drive way. I will give credit to the two individuals who arrived and opened up early that Saturday morning and helped make up for the inconvenience that previously transpired. So what can I suggest you do to improve for the next customer? I'd say hire new people who are NOT incompetent, lazy, careless, rude, unprofessional and actually care about providing good customer service. From what I've seen, doing their job and doing it well is far too difficult for some of your customer reps and for some who physically work at the locations.YVAN M.

The driver's side door did not latch correctly and acutally opened once while in motion. The door did not latch correctly over the 3 stops I made. When I reIturned the vehicle, I brought it to te attention of the agent who opened it from the outside and slammed it really hard. The door latched and he said see, it's fine. He put it back in service. Shame on him and you for renting a potentially dangerous vehicle.LYLE L.

The van was not thoroughly cleaned and the gas gauge was not working properly. As a result I filled the tank higher than necessary. The staff person at the register on the pickup was great The staff person at the register on return was not. The first person left after helping the person in front of me rather than just helping e and having me wait 10 min for another person. And thee I was told that the printer was down and I could not get a paper receipt. I was told just leave the keys and would get an email . When I return a rental I want to make sure there are no issues. I waited another 1-5 min minutes outside until the rep there checked me in. He was very nice and helpful.Philip E.

My reservation was wrong in so many ways from beginning to end. First the wrong size vehicle was recorded so the price quote was dramatically lower than was actually possible, causing my budget for this trip to triple. Next the vehicle had a problem with refilling and would throw the gas pump off every few moments causing it to take about 15 mins to refill the tank from empty, each time a frustrating delay. Finally I could not even report the gas refill issue because the attendant at the drop off was out to lunch and I was on a very strict travel schedule unable to wait the 45mins left on the sign. I checked out the truck online and noted that the gas tank was at the 3/4 level I drove 20 miles as recorded on the receipt I was charged for a 10 gallon fill up with the notation that I received the truck with a full tank. Not happy!!! Note two people ahead of me at pick up had to come back to the office since their gas tanks were on empty? Caused quite a delayMICHAELF U.

When I dropped the haul trailer off the young man working there was rude, unfriendly and did not give explicit instructions on where to park the trailer. When we pulled into spot he then said we had to back it in. He sat on ground and stared at his phone and refused to help us navigate the parking. It was a very tight spot and my son and I had to maneuver the trailer in a tight area and around the worker. I could only stand on the side of the car opposite to worker to guide my son while he parked . The limited space to maneuver vehicle and no assistance from the worker resulted in the trailer tapping and slightly denting my car. I would like to speak with a manager to discuss. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of person at this site. The man was initially rude, then ignored us and seemed preoccupied with his phone. The dent could have been avoided if the worker had helped and done his job.Robert F.

There were so many vehicles at drop off that I was told to leave the vehicle and I would get my receipt emailed to me. When I got my receipt, I saw they charged me for fuel but I had returned the vehicle with the same amount As when I picked it up. With the new unit, I found some garbage on the floor and it is against the wall of the building and paint was chipping. I still went with unit because it is a little more space for me to go through/organize my stuff & I don't have to climb (It's ground level).... :"t's complicated" at home. My only comment about the facility itself was I wish it had more climate control. There is another self-storage location about a 7 min walk from this U-Haul but I had a bad experience with them before they changed hands.
