There was no parking at the Uhaul lot so I was told to park in the CVS next door. I reserved a furniture dolly a week before my move. When I arrived on site I was informed that there were no furniture dollies left, despite my reservation (this means reservations are functionally meaningless). The manager walked away from me when I asked them to explain why this happened. As a result of not having a furniture dolly, my move took much longer. When I returned the truck, the lot was a crowded mess, and the website to return the truck was loading disastrously slowly. The whole thing took forever.

As a known customer, you would think a negative review shouldn't be completed. I visit this location about 2-3x a week. Everytime I pickup/return the truck, there is always a problem. From the contract not stated the correct information to the close out contract having addt charges. They have 1 person working at this busy location, the line is out the door every day. It takes about 30-40 mins to check out everytime.

The employee had an attitude for no reason. N why is it my responsibility to check rental for damages that's something your employee should do take note write it down and sign off on it I should have to take photos and sit there waste my time I'm not gettin paid for that, after hours drop off I get, when I go to rent a car the employee walks around the car notes all the damages does ask me to check the equipment out wait I'll get a txt n take pics of any damages that's not mark or I'll b charged(which it had alot of damages that weren't marked)... Long story short THESE NEW RULES SUCK

the man who hooked up dolley was very nice as was the women who signed me in bot I was not 50 miles away and I was pulled over because the driver side light housing had fallen off and was dragging. I was forced to find a store where I could buy some bolts to put it back on and it was clear all the prior bolts had pryed free. It was never hit and there was not even a car on it yet. When I got to the car 200 miles away after spending an hour repair the housing i was faced with one of the safety chains missing a hook which again forced me to go to the store to buy a tow cable to secure car. As i said people in the morning very very good when I returned they where the worst. Did not want to hear my issues. Oh I forgot on way home pulled over a second time because the actual light was now hanging out of the housing so not visable to cars behind me. All in all not a good experience

For starters there was no customer parking. I was advised to park my car at CVS next door, even though CVS had signs posted prohibiting parking unless you were a CVS customer. I made an online reservation which Included a furniture dolly. When I arrived I was told there were none available so I had to rent an appliance dolly which was more money. I was told I would pay the lesser cost since the dolly I reserved was cheaper. While walking to the truck, the girl outside told me there was a furniture dolly sitting in one of the trucks not being used so they swapped that dolly for the appliance one. When I received the online statement, I was charged for the more expensive dolly which I didn’t use. Getting back to the reservation, I was questioning why I was able to reserve equipment that wasn’t available. I was told people may have come in before me to rent it. Meanwhile I made the reservation 15 minutes before arriving. The counter person’s response was, “listen I’m not here to start an argument with you.” Horrible, just horrible.

Checkin was slow. I already did the online checkin the night before. And then had to re-do almost everything with the clerk. Waste of time. Also I bought a big TV box, but they had none. When I returned the truck the same day, they had plenty of TV boxes. Jamie (owner/team member) was very nice and quick with processing my checkout and inspection. What should have been a 5-10 minute pickup was 25-30 min. Not how I was looking to start a moving day. Mostly happy with the experience.

What a great experience! Surprised at the large number of vehicles available during pick up and Anny M was terrific handling the rental contract. Laryssa V was quick to process the return. Overall this exceeded my expectations and will definitely use this facility again for future moves.

Vehicle was sufficiently cleaned in the cab and cargo areas. I rented blankets which were supplied quickly and put into the cargo area by a staff member for me. I was able to leave my vehicle there for the day while I utilized the truck.

This was my 2nd vehicle rental from U-Haul. Both times the on-line reservation was easy, and the "day of" check-in from home made the process at U-Haul quick & efficient. In both instances the representatives were courteous, professional, and knowledgable. The 1st rental (10' truck) I returned the truck after hours following U-Haul's instructions on my phone. I took all necessary photographs, uploaded them from my phone, answered questions about gas & mileage and described where in the lot I'd parked the vehicle. The check-in went perfectly. Returning the vehicle this time, (van) could not have gone smoother. An attendant came out before I turned off the engine, knew who I was, did a quick check on the brakes & the blinkers and said 'Thank you, you're good to go!" I will absolutely rent from U-Haul at this location again.

I had to ask for a receipt, and when I did, the front desk discovered that the lot personnel had not officially checked in the trailer. I recommend getting a paper trail here.
