Christina you were NO HELP in trying to get some of my money back. I payed nearly $170.00 and used only 7 days. My unit number 1439 was filthy when in moved in to it two years ago but it was very clean when I left it. All you did while I waited more than hour is give me some dumb excuaes. The person doing the check-in was excellent - very friendly and helpful. Bumped it down one star because it took a while to get checked in and get the van. Because my phone was not connected to the wi-fi in the store, I was never able to upload the picture of my license (just got the spinning uploading icon). Ultimately, one of the other associates had to do it from his phone. I would suggest having a scanner that is connected directly to the system and not rely on cell coverage or a wi-fi connection.BRYAN Z.

The online pick-up & drop off process was very easy to use. The girl that did my rental McKenzie was not pleasant at all. I had went to the wrong location to rent from what I reserved online and she acted like it was a problem. Then she took us to the wrong truck and left us. Then had to go back inside and get her and she acted like it was my fault it was the wrong truck. She was rude and not friendly at all. The truck i had really needs new wiper blades. Even a light rain was scary driving into Florida. Other then that the truck performed well and was easy to handle.ROBERT V.
I dropped off my truck after hours within my allotted window. I filled the truck with 2 gallons since I went 23 total miles. On the UHaul website says a 15 foot truck is 10 gallons per mile. I found out on my receipt emailed me a gas charge of 4 gallons at $4.95 per gallon. I have a receipt for the gas I paid. Either they didn't check the gas gauge accurately, the truck is really 5.75 miles per gallon, or they felt like charging additional fees.DEAN O.
My only issue was that on move out day (Fri., Sept 3), the entrance was being paved and we could not pull the semi truck in. We had to park it next door and then I had to rent a UHaul van to get my household goods from the storage unit to the truck. I feel UHaul should reimburse me the $25 for the rental as it was UHaul’s fault that our truck was unable to access the storage area. Thank you.mary l. | Overall Experience

I love this location, I have never ran into a problem here. It's rare nowadays to get friendly service from chain businesses, but with Uhaul I always am promptly greeted, along with a nice conversation. Out of all the locations I have used, the Wilkinson Blvd location feels like home thanks to the amazing reps at the front desk. Good job!JADA M.

I returned the trailer on a Friday two days earlier than I had planned, and waited about 20 minutes before a young man showed up and unhooked it for me. He said I didn't have to do anything, he'd check it in for me and I'd receive an email soon. I didn't. On Sunday, I called Uhaul looking for an emailed receipt and the woman I talked to had no record of the trailer ever being returned. She promised she'd look into it, and she was as good as her word! A representative from the Charlotte location called me, but informed me they had no trailer like the one I rented there at all! She said she'd go look around the lot and call me back. She didn't call back, but must have found the trailer, because I received a scan of the final receipt a couple hours later. So, what can you do to improve? Number one: get the communication issues between all your various vendors straightened out so the customer knows what is going on at all times. I never experienced this kind of poor service from Uhaul before and don't understand why it's happening, but you need to deal with it. Two: if you can't guarantee a location, don't offer a guarantee. I purposely avoided any of the options on your website that said I'd need to speak with a customer rep and I still got the run around. Three: lower prices. The requirement to rent for more days that needed really jacks up the cost. I hope this honest feedback helps.Ralph G.
Basically I use uhaul often for my family needs, locally and long distance. I was very surprised to see this location that I used for the very first time, due to my usual uhaul did not have the rental availability at their location. I have alway returned the rental earlier and or on time. This particular return which was a utility trailer I overslept and ended up returning it one hour and 5 minutes late. I was doubled charged for the use as well as the insurance. Upon my arrival I was told to just drop the trailer in an empty space, that would be fine. Later I discovered the double charge on my card. They have lost a recurring customer for $40.00. I will let everyone I know to use their competitors.DARRYL H.

The credit card reader was not working correctly. Had to call credit card company several times credit card company saw several charges on their end but uhaul could not see on their end. Returned early not sure if credit was issued. And guys could not get trailer off of hitch. Spent an hour to pick up trailer and and hour to drop off. Not a good experience. Have had better experiences at other uhaul places.JAY P.
The manager was competent and helpful but clearly has employee issues. One of the floors of one of the units was covered in either gasoline or oil and we had to clean it out before we were able to use it. Unlike the manager, the employees were unmotivated and clearly disengaged.Edward P.

The equipment was moderately clean. The biggest problem was that the requested size was not available, and I was not notified until 10 minutes before the store close the night before pickup.Spencer G.
There were 2 primary issues with my rental: 1) Your reservation system is a mess. My reservation was made for a location that when I called told me they did not handle this size equipment and did not know why I was directed there. 2) The staffing model at my pick-up facility is ridiculous. I would imagine Saturday mornings are one of your busiest times of the week. I waited 1 hour on line before I was processed. There was 1 person at the front desk and this was from 9am-10am. Is U-haul's expectation for customer's the wait this long? I will add the staff were friendly once I was able to speak with them, regardless this put me well behind schedule for the rest of my day moving. Had I not called the area scheduler the day before I would have been SOL on my rental.LEE S.

Be totally up front if there is previous damage to a vehicle you are releasing and especially if you do NOT do a walk around with the customer. PLEASE INFORM ME. Made reservation on June 6 for a usage date of July 27 and they couldn't have my trailer available as reserved? Had to substitute a much larger trailer which made the move more difficult due to size and spaces I was travelling in. Makes no sense. The storage unit i ended up using was fine, however it was not the original destination. I had a reservation for one place when I arrived they couldn't find me even though I had a confirmation number and all the information. So they had no room for me. So after and hour and a half they sent me to a further location and weren't willing to compensate me any kind of gas for the unexpected extra driving. All in all, every person I dealt with was polite but said they couldn't do anything more for me, so I found it all very frustrating. My unit flooded and ruined over $5000 worth of my things. Management told me to file an insurance claim 12/30/2019. A year and a half later on 4/30/2021I was evicted for filing that insurance claim, after being there for 7 yrs. One thing to fix. My card didn't work and when I came the first time, it took 30 minutes for me to finally get bk to my storage. I tried to use the pin but that didn't work. When I came back this week, I was assured the pin would work but it didn't. I had to turn around and go bk to the office to get someone to let me in.
