Guy checking me out did not know what he was doing with the checkout process. I had an online reservation completed and then he had to do another one which took a very long time and caused me delays during my return because the location I chose to return at originally was not expecting my piece of equipment so check-in took longer than it should have.

Was originally supposed to pick up from timely filter supply but they didn’t have a truck. Lost an hour and a half worth of moving time, had to leave a car, and drive ~25 mins out and then back to south end to get our truck. Communication about reservation change would have been appreciated

My original online van rental reservation location was accepted and I was never contacted that it had changed. Had to call customer service to find out where my reserved vehicle was to be picked up and learned that it was much further away from me. Also, a van was not actually available. Fortunately the location had a van turned in just before I arrived so was able to get a van. Upon returning the van, they attempted to charge me $50 extra for mileage but they had recorded the incorrect mileage when I check out the van. Fortunately I had taken a photo of the odometer when I started the rental. Lastly, I was charged a higher mileage rate of $0.79/mi when my initial online reservation was for $0.59/mi. Overall, a frustrating experience. I would only recommend to a friend because of limited other options in our area.

Location itself was fine. Experience getting there wasnt. Original reservation was off Beattie Ford, when I got there, I was told that they were double booked and didn't have the truck. Sent me over to Wilkinson Blvd where they said they didn't have my reservation and could send me to Ashley Rd. Noone seemed to care that I was inconvenienced and wasted almost an hour while people were at my home ready to move me. Not a good overall experience but hopefully won't be in need of services again for quite some time.

Be more efficient when Checking customers in. Should not take 1 hr to get the equipment which was reserved 1 month in advanced. Have to trailer connected to the truck before customer arrival. Should not charge for going 50 miles over the estimated when the vehicle is returned with 1/8 more fuel than when it was picked up. Vehicle should have a full tank of fuel when picked up not 3/8 tank of fuel. Should rent to equipment from the location reserved from not 10 miles somewhere else.

The two ladies that where working where clearly overwhelmed. The customer before me was very mad about I assume some that was his fault in booking his rental and he took it out on the staff. I was on time for my rental pickup and the truck was not ready and at drop off trucks where backing up into the street and I waited just for somewhere to park my rental truck. The two employees where VERY nice, helpfully and pleasant.

Need to check the cleanliness of the interior windshield. This truck was new with 13,066 miles when picked up. After getting on the road, it was clear the inside windshield needed to be cleaned once the sun hit the glass. More attention to glass cleaning is critical to safe driving.

I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 8:00. When I saw that I was not going to be able to get there by 8:00 I called this location and explained that I wanted to make sure I still had a truck. I was told that was not a problem and it would still be there. When I arrived it was no longer on my account to pick up. Thankfully there was still someone in the building even though it was closed who said it had been cancelled since I was not there at 8:00. The booking had to be redone and the online check-in was a nightmare.
