I was double charged. I had the unit for less than 3 hours and based on charges to my account was charged for 2 days plus a late charge. Explanation given to me on Monday morning was not adequate, as it was less than 24 hours after the rental. I checked out the trailer after 1730 and returned it before 2000 on the same day. Instructions for returning the trailer after hours were simply to return it to the same parking spot.

Get better people with more experience & better customer service. The milage price is very ridiculous from a 20$ rental with 20$ insurance came out @ the end of the day to 118$ WOW never again

I would recommend installing some kind of a hand crank winch on to the front of your trailers car haulers and tow dollies to assist people with loading vehicles that may not run

We had a trailer tire blow out the bearings and it took three hours to fix but they replaced it and had no more trouble.

If someone reserves a trailer and sends their fiance to pick up the trailer with their name being added to the reservation as the pick up person, my fiance should not have had to put the reservation in his name. What is the point of adding him as the pick up person if the reservation I made was not worth anything?

They hit me with $84.37 ABOVE my rental. I have been doing business with this location, since I transferred to NC., in 1996. But no more. Due to rain, we got in late. around 9pm, verses 6:45pm. They charged me a $20 convenience fee, for after hours drop off, AND another WHOLE Day of rental. My total rental was supposed to only be $62.92 I talked to the Manager on Sunday. She said it was NOT her fault I was LATE. Well, I didn't ask for the rain either. Ask why I was charged for a WHOLE Day, because, that's what I rented. Makes NO sense. The girls at the desk were very helpful and pleasant. The truck was exactly what we needed, and they even let us return the boxes that we didnâ€™t use. Excellent experience, went way smoother than I expected.

Had to park the trailer in a not convenient place instead of dropping it off. The personnel were not very helpful except she offered to park the trailer... not sure we wanted anyone to drive our truck.

Better telephone skills... I called several times over a 2 day period and no one would answer the phone. It would ring & ring & then go to voicemail. One time when someone did answer, I was immediately placed on hold & no one ever came back. My calls were made Dec14 & 15. Everything else was good.

None of your associates would help me. They were too busy talking to one another and some customers they knew. I felt like I was discriminated against because I'm white. All your associates working there were black. Most of the customers at that facility were black. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It took way too long to get in and out and your associates were rude.

Only "issue" was at the reservation step, they made it sound like the pickup location could not be guaranteed which would have impacted my usage of the service. It worked out, but that caused concern that was unnecessary as they had plenty of time to ship equipment to the desired location (in my opinion).

Chris in the Wilkinson location was amazing! He handled my reservation with ease and took care of every detail. In todayâ€™s busy world itâ€™s hard to find employees who take the time with customers and cares about meeting their needs. Please recognize Chris for providing awesome customer service and representing UHaul in such a professional manner. Your team on the return in ORD was also awesome and made it so easy to drop off even on a Saturday night. Iâ€™ll be back again to UHaul for all future rentals. We have used this location several times because it is so close to our home. We rented another unit the first of Nov but moved out before the month was up because of the staff. The building where our stuff was located was locked during business hours. I couldnt get to my unit. The staff were never there if I needed help. The one employee was, "out somewhere shes not suppose to be, let me call her". (Per the mechanic). She wasn't even on the property. One of the mechanics was just "minding" the store for her. It took 15 mins for her to drive up. The attitudes were horrible. But again it is convenient that's why we used it. We go in last week to move out and the new manager was wonderful. She made me change my mind about using this location again. Thank you for fixing that mess!

Unorganized. Staff had cancelled reservations for myself and at least one other customer that I know of. The cancellation resulted I a hour delay in our moving plans. My reservations were for 10, and it was 11 before I could get the vehicle I had reserved over a week before.

Reservation #: 82014905 Preferred Pick Up Location: U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lake Norman 19116 Statesville Rd Cornelius, NC 28031 Pick Up Date: Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 4:00 PM Drop Off Location: CLEVELAND, OH Drop Off Date: Tuesday, December 03, 2019 Equipment: 6' x 12' Cargo Trail. THIS FACILITY IS HORRIBLE. Made my original reservation here. Got there Saturday afternoon only to find out they had NO trailer for me, even though I had made my reservation on Wednesday. The manager made no effort to call me or make provisions for me until I walked in the door. Wound up having to go an hour out my way to get my trailer. The manager seemed to be totally indifferent about the whole thing. He needs to go back to school to learn how to run a business properly.
