I only asked for one utility dolly and the person on site had put an additional 3 dollys in the truck. I was then charged an extra $25 for all of those dollys that I didn't ask for. I think that is sketchy business and I will not be using your service again.

The woman that did my reservation and get the trailer was an absolute distraction. Why you may ask? She is absolutely GORGEOUS! WOW! Beautiful smile, eyes, lips, frame... EVERYTHING! And she was very kind.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I initially had a reservation at the 3745 E Independence Blvd location; however, between waiting and speaking to a customer representative for 36 minutes my reservation was not found in the system. Fortunately, the representative, with assistance from the scheduling department, was able to locate another available vehicle 13 miles away. Upon arrival at the new location, 9136 Wilkerson Blvd, I checked in but was unable to locate a vehicle # on the app nor on the internet. Only after calling and staying on the phone for 26 minutes with a different customer service representative was I given a vehicle number. In total for a reservation that was scheduled for 5:45 PM, I was not able to pick-up a vehicle until 7:39 PM. Although the customer service representatives were diligent and friendly in resolving my issues, the reasons mentioned above causes for an extreme dissatisfied with my experience.
My whole experience from start to finish was a wreck. My uhaul did not get brought back on time by previous users. Had to drive to other side of town for a uhaul. During my pickup the process took 4 hours total. I originally had 24/7 truckshare. Nothing was virtual about my experience.
Truck was leaking oil. Stained new driveway.
Employees don't where mask took to long to check in and so unprofessional.
The window motor on the uhaul was broken and remained down the entire time and it was a cold winter day. I was also charged incorrectly for gas. I called and emailed the location and still have not received any reply back.
Require masks of all customers.
Using uhaul services made my move quick and easy. The customer service was amazing and the whole process was so simple.
After you check customer out, and the customer has equipment that goes in the truck....someone should ensure the equipment is on truck
I was disturbed that the staff didn't wear their masks properly (noses not covered) as their sign was clearly posted to do.

We drove a 20 truck and the transmission was so bad that we were thinking are we going to get run over because it was doing bad and slow to drive.
An employee that was “in training†did not greet us, instead just stared until we said we needed help and was not wearing a mask. Lazy, hazardous, and unprofessional
This is probably the 10th occasion renting a U-Haul and by far the best. The representative made me feel like a priority. The level of customer service is not seen in many businesses these days..
The center was busy so i did not get a chance to talk to the representative that arranged a change in drop off location. I was charged an additional $157.00 that i am now disputing and questioning he charge. Can somepne please call me back or contact me at the earliest convenience? 937-397-1273

Christina and her team were very helpful and TOP NOTCH during the month of October, we rented TWO 26' trucks.. When I dropped off the first one on October 5th, we discussed the next truck and one which needed to be a truck that could travel 1,000.. Thank You Christina!!

Flat tire was the reason for the rating. The information display on the instrument panel said the right rear tire had low pressure when the van was turned over to me by UHaul employee.
The only issue I had is that the trucks check engine light came on pretty quickly after I left the facility. Though I don't feel this was the facilities fault. So please don't ding them for that.

The young lady that checked me in (I forgot name), short hair, was extremely friendly/accommodating & thorough. I waited for my ride & watched her prepare/clean equipment for next customer, great attention to detail.
