I reserved my U-Haul and 24 hours before Uhaul called me and told me my location on Albemarle Road was not available that Harrisburg Road was available with my 26 foot truck I went in at 2 o'clock like I was told to and they told me if I was 15 minutes late they would cancel my reservation because it's high demand so I got there at 2 o'clock I walked in cave my name and the guy goes oh Sheri Butler your Uhaul is not available. I said yes it is they called me yesterday and it's reserved a 26 foot four today I have 16 people waiting for me at my storage unit then we're going to my house and loading it up because I sold my house tomorrow and then we're leaving in the morning so I want you here he said we don't have one the person who's your how you're supposed to use has not returned it and we can get a hold of them I said what are you going to do he said we don't have any available. So he called the U-Haul company and they checked around there was none the guy said he would stay open and try to find me one finally got a hold of one after we were there over an hour about an hour and a half I should say and the guy said he could have one to us in three hours so now this is 4 1/2 hours that would've gone by where I had 16 people lined up to help me at 2 o'clock !!unacceptable!!!So we left we got a phone call from Uhaul and they said they found one for us on Wilkinson Boulevard which is 40 minutes away plus it was the middle of rush hour so we went and picked it up brought it back to our storage unit they didn't have the padding that I had requested that were supposed to be in the U-Haul I got no discount I got no one saying they were sorry or anything it was the most horrible experience! So we left we got a phone call from Uhaul and they said they found one for us on Wilkinson Boulevard which is 40 minutes away plus it was the middle of rush hour so we went and picked it up brought it back to our storage unit they didn't have the padding that I had requested that were supposed to be in the U-Haul I got no discount I got no one saying they were sorry or anything it was the most horrible experience. I went in Sunday to get the storage unit set up in Elyria Ohio so we can unload my stuff from the U-Haul into the storage unit and their power was out so we had to stay there 45 minutes And they said they didn't have any Storage units available there we had to go to a different location so we go to that location and my key card doesn't work that they gave me so we had to wait an additional seven minutes for some guy from the other facility that we are originally at to come there and Open the door then he told us we have to take somebody from my group that was helping unload the U-Haul to stand in front of the door because the doors not working because if we let the door close we may not get it open again so that was one less body of helping us unload once again because of Uhaul and no one even act like they even care and I was like oh well so I had for Issues from Friday to Sunday no Uhaul no padding took forever just to get a storage unit assigned and then we couldn't get into the storage facility so I had the worst experience experience!Open the door then he told us we have to take somebody from my group that was helping unload the U-Haul to stand in front of the door because the door is not working because if we let the door close we may not get it open again so that was one last body of helping us unload once again because of Uhaul and no one even acted like they even care and it was like oh well so I had four issues from Friday to Sunday no Uhaul no padding took forever just to get a storage unit a sign and then we couldn't get into the storage facility so I had the worst experience

Pick-up process was excellent. Return process at 7:15 AM was not. Only one person doing everything inside the location. She was clearly overwhelmed, although was well trained and did her best despite having to deal with multiple people at once.

Other that's my reservations being changed to other location was frustrating but it was handled well. Yet when I got to the changed location the moving pads that I need were available at all. Very disappointing on a long moving day

The lady that checked us in needs customer service training - she was rude and aggressive. I paid for the "walk-away" insurance, and she made me test lights, check the trailer inside/out, and I had to park it into the spot. Plus, our trailer was due atm11 AM, we showed at 10:58 AM and were charged an extra day since it took 15 minutes for the lights and parking.

They failed to see that the transporter was too low to the ground. I didnt know until i dropped it off the guy told me how dangerous it was that they let me go without turning the receiver around to raise it 2 more inches. The trailer scrapped on every dip in the road. It was never racking going home which was a 4 hour drive. I kept stopping to check on it. I wish I new it could have been easily resolved. This would be where uhaul would shine above the rest but you failed putting my wife and myself in great danger.

I requested a furniture dolly and ended up using the hand truck in the truck which made it difficult and lengthy to load and unload the truck.

Twice now I had to wait to pick up my truck. This time an hour and a half. I was supposed to pick it up at 6 but when I checked this morning the app said I had wait until 7am when the store opened to get it. Then I had to wait another half hour for the manager to get there and log in to the computer. Other than that the experience was fine.

We turned the equipment in thursday, instead of Saturday and she said it wasnt after hours, and yet we aren't given a refund for early turn in but instead are charged a late turn in fee??? This makes me think we need to shop around for our next move :(

Was overcharged based on false return day/time. I submitted google timeline proof of same day return and waiting for corrected invoice. I washed inside of trailer and backed it into space for attendant. Customers should get accurate invoices.

Staff was not cordial at all. I had difficulty pulling up my mobile check in and I was treated as a complete inconvenience and not a paying customer. Check in person was obviously distracted or sick/upset, etc. but coming from customer service we should not take that out on the customers. Was not even shown where my rental truck was or how to find it, just handed a key. All customers did not have masks and I didn't hear anyone advised that masks were required, even though the note was posted on the door. I have rented from here before and would consider it in the future. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

Generally, employee was very pleasant and helpful during the rental process. However, Employee did NOT have face covering, gloves, or practice social distancing for Covid-19 best practices. He unexpectedly coughed, and said it was seasonal allergies. He did not cough into his elbow or turn his head to the side. Very uncomfortable. Please ensure all employees adhere to safety measures until pandemic is over. Thanks.

A 2 hour installation turned into 4 hours and I travelled from NC to Michigan with no working brake lights! $500 later we're lucky we made it??

The girl helping me took a very long time mostly because she was more concerned with having personal conversations with coworkers and complaining about things than trying to help me get my equipment and get me out the door. I don't care about her personal problems nor do I want to hear them and certainly don't want my time wasted. I would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the man who ion guessing was a manager. He upgraded my equipment at no cost because the equipment I rented was under repair. However, this "upgrade" cost me a good bit more in fuel on my trip so it wasn't really an upgrade at the end of the day. My biggest problem with this experience was that I received a confirmation for my equipment that was 20 miles across town closer to my house. it was then changed to this location and I received no notification. It wasted a lot of my time and gas and made my late to leave town. Beyond frustrated with this experience and will likely begin looking to use another company.
