Right brake light and blinker did not work on tow dolly. Representative who hooked up the car dolly asked us to turn on the left blinker, which worked. Then asked to turn on the right blinker. He saw that it didn't work but he just waved his hand and said you're good. I had to be followed by my brother so I wasn't pulled over for a brake light/blinker not working. And avoiding receiving a ticker for a trailer that they knew was not working as it should. As our drive was 2 hours long. The price was also ridiculous. $113.00 just to rent a tow dolly for a car is absolutely insane. I will never rent anything from this location again because it is obvious that they do not care if the equipment is not working as it should. Returning the town dolly was also a headache. I called Customer Service for a drop off location like I was told. The 1st one did not accept tow dolly's. The 2nd ones lot was full. And the 3rd one wanted to charge a $20 convenience fee because it was a Saturday. (The tow dolly was rented on the same day that I wanted to return it). I had to wait until Monday to drop off the dolly. The entire situation was so unorganized, a rip off and such a waste of time due to the constant aggravation from the moment it was picked up. I have used Uhaul several times in the past for moving and no problems at all. Honestly, Uhaul should reimburse me due to the entire experience because if not I will not rent anything from Uhaul again. And I will put a review on the location that I rented it from. A good company that no longer seems to care about its equipment or customer service is sad to say the least.

The inside of the truck was dirty and the latch to open the back was stuck and bent. We had to spray it with WD-40 to even get it opened. It was then hard to close. We made it work but it was difficult.

I wasn't able to complete my dropoff from the website, rather was forced to install the app. Also, y'all had my husband's account intertwined with my account, having his phone number as the default number, and his name and email as default. I had to go into my account and edit all the personal info. Not cool.

Stunk like a skunk in the pick up truck. Rep acted like it was a surprise by that information yet jumped in to inspect it when I dropped it off, so how was it not noticed prior and cleaned before hand. Resulted in a major head ache and feeling sick after 2 hours of use.

I have used this U-haul location several times over the last few years but today was by far one of the best experiences I have had with any professional services company. I interacted with three different employees and a manager, and all were extremely courteous, helpful, and engaging. I came in just to rent a trailed but upgraded to include a truck as well. Each team member was exceedingly pleasant and offered appropriate suggestions. I'll certainly recommend this location to my friends, and I will definitely be back myself. You know I sincerely wanted this to be a good thing. I thought $19.95 a day was a great rate. And it is until you get to the fine print underneath. The staff was awesome, the truck was wonderful, (Although If I had not had a previous renter with me, I would not have known to remove the trailer hitch, so it did not get stolen.) It just bothers me that I had a great truck that I only used to get back and forth to work for a little over a week cost me over $60 dolllars a day. I guess it is my fault for not reading the fine print. It is my fault for not seeing the brazen false advertising. Next time I need a car to go back and forth to work, I will rent a little compact from Hertz or another company. I thought U_haul would be great since I trusted the brand, but now I will rethink that.

This move out date is incorrect. I kept trying to contact someone but was transferred to the corporate number. The recording said they were too many customers at the main store or the Wilkinson store so someone else would need to help. I tried to do it online and Couldn’t figure out how to do it. Anyway, y’all have record that my son Carter Frady rented a U-Haul from you at the Wilkinson store. That is when everything got emptied out of the unit. And Locke was taken off on the 16th. I could never get in contact with staff. Whenever I tried to call to close out this account on March 16 I got pushed to the main corporate number. I could never talk to a person at the Wilkinson office. Left a message with someone in the corporate office for them to have y’all call me. That was quite frustrating. I thought someone From the Wilkinson’s Office was supposed to call me. I thought the payment for this unit came out on March 7 and then everything was moved out on the 16th so I assumed there would be a partial refund. Again no one called me back and I could never get anyone.

A great experience from the first phone call to rent a unit up until checking out. I had a unit for 11 months and this location allowed me 100% unobstructed access to my door which made for very easy loading and unloading of my belongings.

The entire staff was AWESOME and very helpful. Mr.Montly made sure everything ran smoothly and things were orderly ... Ms. Shirleen made sure we had plenty of water during the move ( 100 + degrees outside)... Mr. Elejah and Lamont Davis made sure everything went well. This facility and staff are top tier. I will be recommending to family and friends.

as in almost every establishment, when you hire them they are all wonderful, but as soon as you sign the contract, you become just another one, that is, it doesn't matter anymore, it was my case in this store, everything was wonderful at first, when I had my trailer broken into, they didn't even pay attention, I went to tell them at the office and the only thing they said was “call the police” they didn't even ask to see what happened, regrettable, that's why I don't recommend u-haul to friends

When I say not clean my storage unit had a small area of motor oil spilled on floor and wall. It was dry but was concerned it would get onto my things I stored. Other than that the manager was awesome and friendly fast and pleasant. You gotta keep this man hes an asset to your company. Would definately use this place again if needed in the future.

I was long customer at U-Haul facility and in the last 12 years when my life turned so bad losing family and trying to take care of life situations it was nice to know that I didn't have to worry about my storage and all my precious belongings inside it. The people were friendly and helpful clean no bugs no rodents nothing like that it's very secure there I would do it again if I had to but I can absolutely say I would recommend your facility thank you for everything you've done over the last 12 years

You simply charge far too much gor your smallest size storage closet. $95 per month is ridiculous to me fir such a small unit.
You had me for YEARS. You will never have me as a customer again. U-Haul simply charges too much for everything.

I would have given perfect ratings but due to the fact that my camper was stolen out of a secure facility and the fact that management(including upper management for not helping the staff) did not and would not review the security footage of the theft of my trailer. 2 months after the theft and 6 days of footage still has not been reviewed. Another bad mark for customer service for lying to me(that's a whole other story). I would have to add that the intermittent blockage of my storage unit by uhaul trucks and trailers was an inconvenience at best. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone!

Acquiring storage was a nightmare after signed contract. Billing and problem Solving was a nightmare. Staff was not helpful until the last week I was there. They could never correct the spelling of my name. Remedial and simple customer care would make it different. The owner/manager doesn’t respond and pretends to not be available.

Christina you were NO HELP in trying to get some of my money back. I payed nearly $170.00 and used only 7 days. My unit number 1439 was filthy when in moved in to it two years ago but it was very clean when I left it. All you did while I waited more than hour is give me some dumb excuaes. I'm sure you still won't get me $120.00 back, that just wouldn't ever happen. What a waste of time. I would never use you guys again.

My only issue was that on move out day (Fri., Sept 3), the entrance was being paved and we could not pull the semi truck in. We had to park it next door and then I had to rent a UHaul van to get my household goods from the storage unit to the truck.
I feel UHaul should reimburse me the $25 for the rental as it was UHaul’s fault that our truck was unable to access the storage area.

I'm giving you an average score because of two points. One, pricing is on the expensive side. Two, there was always rat poop on top of my boxes when I'd stop by to check on my things. Not cool. I've never had a rat problem at other storage facilities.

The storage unit i ended up using was fine, however it was not the original destination. I had a reservation for one place when I arrived they couldn't find me even though I had a confirmation number and all the information. So they had no room for me. So after and hour and a half they sent me to a further location and weren't willing to compensate me any kind of gas for the unexpected extra driving. All in all, every person I dealt with was polite but said they couldn't do anything more for me, so I found it all very frustrating. I guess I just don't understand how you can have a reservation and then have the company tell you it never existed and they can't help you, but to send you to a much further location.

It took a long time to get the unit after arriving with our furniture. I had completed everything online, but the wait was lengthy. The salesperson was friendly but was having trouble with the computer. There was quite a line of people and not enough uhaul staff.

My unit flooded and ruined over $5000 worth of my things. Management told me to file an insurance claim 12/30/2019. A year and a half later on 4/30/2021I was evicted for filing that insurance claim, after being there for 7 yrs. The manager christina Keaton and her husband are thrives, and are compulsive lairs and the manager herself has no business being a manager due to being unqualified,dishonesty and very poor work ethics as a person much less a manager.

One thing to fix. My card didn't work and when I came the first time, it took 30 minutes for me to finally get bk to my storage. I tried to use the pin but that didn't work. When I came back this week, I was assured the pin would work but it didn't. I had to turn around and go bk to the office to get someone to let me in. Then I had to wait again for someone to let me out. Everything else, including the helpfulness of the staff, was excellent. But the gate was aggravating.

We have been paying for a parking spot for our camper in this facility for almost a year. Majority of the time there was never any parking spots for us. There was always trailers blocking the pathways. Once We couldn’t get by it safely not back up so the camper hit the building and took the awning off costing us $2000. Management was rude and did not care. Someone also stole the battery off the camper. This past Saturday was the last straw. We tried to pull in the parking lot and there was uhaul trailers and trucks blocking the road again. Couldn’t turn down one road because someone is running a garage out of their storage unit and had the road blocked. So we had to figure out how to back up without ruining our camper again. These people are overselling parking. It’s rediculous!!
