Moving help is partnering with vendor who ditch customers at the last moment, Luxury Loaders in Bridgewater MA on 9th Nov refused at 11 th hour by stating that they don't work on Sunday , why was this not informed 3-4 days ago when the service was booked I am never going to recommend moving help to anyone after this experience. Customer service did not even compensate me for money had to overpay due this abrupt denial of service after UHaul charged money 5-6 days in advance. Pathetic and unprofessional service

On line reservation was easy and quick. In store pickup went just as well ! Shaun happen to be entering the store and greeted me then checked me in. He ran through the details and we were off in no time. Upon return again I saw Shaun who was outside cleaning another van when I arrived. Once again nice greeting asking me how everything went. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Give the kids raise !

I had an exceptional experience at U-Haul thanks to Patty Payne! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly - from helping with my reservation to making sure the truck was clean and ready to go. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Highly recommend this location and Patty for anyone renting with U-Haul!

A tremendous amount of inventory to choose from. Reservations are most definitely recommended. Walking in as a new customer works, understood. But, a little planning goes a long way in this industry, especially when moving to college as the parents of a young freshman, to an apartment or for whatever your needs may be. Overestimating, when attempting to guess how many miles you're going to drive, is always a good practice to overestimate how many trips you're going to make from point A to point B and maybe points C and D. Always return the vehicle with the proper amount of gas. Don't forget! The vehicle should be returned as clean as it was when you picked it up. Ask where you should return the vehicle when you're done. Remember that the person working with you at the U-Haul store will try to get you the best deal possible. I was very pleased with every aspect of our rental experience. I read some reviews about the U-Haul app and suggest you do the same. If the rental location is close to your location, plan ahead and pay them a visit. The process will be easily explained and understood. Expect to asked by the U-Haul representative whether you have a reservation when you show up at the store to pick up your rental. Feel free to ask questions, especially if you haven't rented recently or ever before. Good luck.

Patty and her team in Wilmington MA was awesome!! I would highly recommend this location before any location I’ve used in the past. We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high. Patty and her team had such attention to detail, when I arrived there was at least 4 others there for either pick ups, drop offs or propane and handled everything with ease. My wife and I reserved a unit at that location and patty finished the process and walked us through everything we needed to know and showed us the unit and where to access the unit. Patty and her team was welcoming, supportive and efficient.

Storage area had outside light, but the unit itself has no light. I also rented a 15 truck and it smelled in cabin and truck was not cleaned. The truck also had suspension problems on turns made loud noises. Brung it to workers attention, he had no idea and quickly said "he will put it out of service". Come on man, you knew because of your action when he drove up truck and his hesitation and character I picked up. Truck was a safety hazard and I'll never rent from here again.

Worst ever. Manager here is on a power trip and treats other employees like they are beneath her . Yells at employees in front of customers . Yells at customers In front of other customers . Upper management has some issues as well .

I rented a storage unit however I never moved anything into it as I got a garage at the place I live I called U-Haul and explain to them that the storage was empty I never moved anything in and I wanted to close the account the person working did not know how to do that and would not help me over the phone therefore they charged me A full months rent and late fee I was charged for 10 days that I paid for also
