I had to notify you 5 times that I was out of the unit. I received numerous correspondence charging me late fees on a unit I had turned over. It took a lot of my time to get the issue resolved.

only downfall leak in the roof and baseball card collection of 30 years got drenched with water and i didn`t have the insurance so we lose out. had my stuff stored 18 months. no compensation at all.
