was absolutely fantastic. We were in a big bind when it movers fell out and we had to move out of our house because our land lord was selling the house. Jammed between a rock and a hard place, we were desperate. saved us by finding and reserving multiple trucks. By putting the customer first and providing exceptional customer service, made us U-Haul fans. He is a premier example of fantastic customer service.

My son had rented from you a few months ago and told us that Uhaul was the way to go. He was right. All was great, though it takes a little getting used to driving a truck with no rear view mirror. Everyone at the location was great, however the truck was not! I had to sweep the truck before I could start, as the floor was covered in glass! Upon return, I explained to the manager (over the phone) she apologized and said she would “take something off the bill”. I was not looking for that, just wanted them to know. Well, nothing taken off. So when you pick up your rental, check it before you leave the property!

Fast and friendly service. The women who worked the shift even offered me a doughnut. Extremely sweet! My truck was ready for me at pickup, and I spent about 5 minutes getting my instructions, then I was on my way. No wasted time at all. I highly recommend the UHAUL in Wilmington, MA.

The staff had me in and out on pickup of my online reserved trailer rental and told me before I left where to put on return, which made return super easy. On return I pulled in and backed it in to that spot and two staff members came right out to disco the trailer from my car and off I went. Always a pleasant and easy experience there.

Per my CONTRACT I was supposed to return the van to a place in Billerica MA. however when I got there I was told that they were closed to drop offs and that I had to go another 10 minutes out of my way to make my return. I received NO NOTICE of this at all.
I never had this problem with rentals from Budget. And they are usually cheaper.

I had a reservation at a different location (31 Olympia Ave Woburn, MA 01801) and I went in that morning. The associate casually informed me that the system was down and there was nothing she could do about it, she rudely told me to go somewhere else at which point I contacted the Wilmington location. The gentleman there told me he was having system issues as well but could work around it. He was very patient and had excellent customer service skills unlike the the team at the other location. The process took a bit longer than usual but there were no issues. If i need to use U-Haul in the future, I would recommend this location even though it is farther out of my way.

The only thing I was disappointed is that U-Haul says that there trucks are 20 feet long but the bed is actually 17 feet long so if you are moving something that is 20 feet long it doesn’t fit.

Patty and her team are amazing! From the craziness in my life, we’ve needed a U-Haul truck about three times over the past few months and Patty and her team have been amazing each time. I can not say enough great things about them. I’ll be back for another truck Sunday 5/24 (which, as much as I’ll miss Patty, will hopefully be the last for a while for me).

You can start by not automatically charging insurance rates on the rental without asking the customer first. I was charged $25 for a Insurance that I did not want, was not asked about.

Patty and her team in Wilmington MA was awesome!! I would highly recommend this location before any location I’ve used in the past. We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high. Patty and her team had such attention to detail, when I arrived there was at least 4 others there for either pick ups, drop offs or propane and handled everything with ease. My wife and I reserved a unit at that location and patty finished the process and walked us through everything we needed to know and showed us the unit and where to access the unit. Patty and her team was welcoming, supportive and efficient.

Storage area had outside light, but the unit itself has no light.
I also rented a 15 truck and it smelled in cabin and truck was not cleaned. The truck also had suspension problems on turns made loud noises. Brung it to workers attention, he had no idea and quickly said "he will put it out of service". Come on man, you knew because of your action when he drove up truck and his hesitation and character I picked up. Truck was a safety hazard and I'll never rent from here again.

I rented a storage unit however I never moved anything into it as I got a garage at the place I live I called U-Haul and explain to them that the storage was empty I never moved anything in and I wanted to close the account the person working did not know how to do that and would not help me over the phone therefore they charged me A full months rent and late fee I was charged for 10 days that I paid for also
