LUIS CLet customers pay you for the gas at reasonable rate. I think the company should be doing the pumping if you want 100% customer satisfaction. It's just a real drag having to deal with a gas station after all the loading & unloading I just did. My trip was a one-way, so I had to find the drop- off facility, which turned out to be a bar ( confusing af). Having to find a gas station in an unfamiliar area before that & in the dark was just something I would rather avoid. As my contract stated, if I didn't bring the truck back with the same amt of gas, they would charge close to $5/ gallon, plus a $30 fee (I 4get what they called it). So overall, the people at Uhaul were helpful & courteous and the equipment was fine. The refilling gas & drop- off location left much to be desired ~

Mark CMoving help is partnering with vendor who ditch customers at the last moment, Luxury Loaders in Bridgewater MA on 9th Nov refused at 11 th hour by stating that they don't work on Sunday , why was this not informed 3-4 days ago when the service was booked I am never going to recommend moving help to anyone after this experience. Customer service did not even compensate me for money had to overpay due this abrupt denial of service after UHaul charged money 5-6 days in advance. Pathetic and unprofessional service
RITESH SOn line reservation was easy and quick. In store pickup went just as well ! Shaun happen to be entering the store and greeted me then checked me in. He ran through the details and we were off in no time. Upon return again I saw Shaun who was outside cleaning another van when I arrived. Once again nice greeting asking me how everything went. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Give the kids raise !

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high. Patty and her team had such attention to detail, when I arrived there was at least 4 others there for either pick ups, drop offs or propane and handled everything with ease. My wife and I reserved a unit at that location and patty finished the process and walked us through everything we needed to know and showed us the unit and where to access the unit. Patty and her team was welcoming, supportive and efficient.

William M | Overall ExperienceStorage area had outside light, but the unit itself has no light. I also rented a 15 truck and it smelled in cabin and truck was not cleaned. The truck also had suspension problems on turns made loud noises. Brung it to workers attention, he had no idea and quickly said "he will put it out of service". Come on man, you knew because of your action when he drove up truck and his hesitation and character I picked up. Truck was a safety hazard and I'll never rent from here again.
