Randy TTiel was wonderful while I was packing up a house I was moving out of. Great advice for needed supplies and a truck rental. Always very friendly! Other young girl there who was also great. (I’m sorry I’m not great with names!) including coming to help me clear the rust out of my lock so I could open the unit. Both of them made a sad move so much easier. Thanks for everything!!

WALTER BWhen I drop off the truck the gentlemen, there did not do. The paperwork of me dropping off the truck. I do not know why.
RUBEN MWe are regular customers with U-Haul and because of traffic issues that were of no fault of ours, we had to pay for another day of rental. I spoke to a representative and explained what happened and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. We are very disappointed in the service and customer service we received.
STEPHEN SThe truck has terrible steering and the wheel kept pulling left. Felt like it needed an alignment. The truck struggled to go over 60 mph.

SCOTT CI'm a Uhaul customer, I always have a good experience with Uhaul but not this time. I took the truck and it was 1/4 tank full and before I return it, by mistake I filled 1/2 of the tank instead of 1/4 and it was at least $35 extra, i explained that when returning the equipment but they weren't able to help me out.

The return process is a little complicated for my first time but have it squared away now. I will be renting again. Thank you.

BRENDA FNot surprisingly, YOU ASKED THE WRONG QUESTION! This rental location was excellent-efficient and understanding. HOWEVER, I went there after the location where I reserved the cargo van did not have a vehicle for me nor did they offer me an alternative. I had gone in person to the reserved location in Clementon on White Horse Pike a week earlier to set up the reservation and they still did not have a vehicle saved. I did this before they have messed up reservations in previous rentals, but the location was conveninet. In spite of the "guarantee", they did not provide a credit for the inconenience, and in fact, it cost me an additional 20 miles at $.89 a mile to rent from the alternate location. Plus it cost an additional two hours to find a replacement and travel the extra miles back and forth. This is terrible customer service and mis-advertising. The only think I would guarantee from the Clementon location is that the reservation will be messed up. I will avoid UHaul whenever possible in the future.

I was also told I was grandfathered in because I was there so long but now you keep raising my rent . I’m looking for somewhere else to go at this point . Your customer relations stink.

No problem with the fact that UHaul is expanding and all vehicle owners need to find other storage. However, it is unprofessional, unnecessary and flat out rude to send an email on the 11th of July to vacate before July 31st. I will never spend another penny at your business and will not recommend to anyone.

The insurance company denied me because of no forced entry the lock was completely broke off the door but no dates and times when it happened and i was paying every month for an empty storage unit... This place is totally at fault and are refusing to do anything about my deceased mothers belongings with my belongings and priceless memories as well

Rachel F | First ImpressionsI arrived in heavy rainfall, and did not know if I would have to walk around outside.No one else was in the showroom, so the clerk had plenty of time to work with me. I needed a lot of info, because I never rented a stall before, and was somewhat green. My 91 year old mother, could no longer live by herself, ans my sisters had moved out of state. In the process of selling her house, I had a lot of personal property to sell of dispose of. She thought she would have been going into a senior home, but that would not work well because of her health. The little bit that she would have taken to the nursing home, is the last items before the sale is done. I have no more room in my home, and neither does the family. She wants us all to have her possessions to remind us of her. It is a lot of work, but I must take care of her myself. We rented a 5'X10'X10', in the climate control section. The salesman shower me the sizes of the storage units, the items that I would need to make the move, and education me on all the new agenda. I think we should be able to fit it all, and other family members will have a need for what she owns in the unit. I am happy that all has turned out well, you guys are great. Thank You.

Yet, 3 weeks later, I still received a billing reminder. I had to call the office multiple times to get ahold of someone - when I did, they had no record that I'd cleared my unit. Although the matter was resolved, it was frustrating.
