Can have trailer at more locations. When you have to drive 27 miles each way to get one when there’s a dealership 3 miles from the house. Then can’t return it anywhere else without a charge. Need to be more customer friendly.

Staff is good. The location isn't really in Berlin, NJ - it is further south than Berlin, NJ. I spent more miles driving roundtrip to the uhaul location than the actual move. Since there isn't a close uhaul near me, I will start looking at your competitors. I don't want to pay more money for the round trip than the actual move.

The location itself was fine, uhaul as a company was unprofessional and I will not be using your services again. I emailed a complaint and all I received back was “sorry your experience was unsatisfactory”. Communication with customers, and customer service availability need to be improved!!

When asking how many miles you are planning to drive please make sure the representative states the reason. There is a $1.00 per mile charge and the hold placed on the credit card reflects this. I over estimated by almost $90 and had I had a clear understanding of why I would have used a more conservative estimate.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of communication and blatant lies your location has fed to me. My contract was to be on hold until I spoke to a manager today... My iphone touchscreen isnt responding to me today and I'm already having a terrible time in my personal life hence the rush to get out of my last living situation and I'm feeling like I can't even count on a businesses word to simply wait to charge the insane total you're charging me when my calculations equal half what you're charging and you added an extra day AFTER I was told if I got it there before you closed yesterday that i wouldnt and I did and you charged me anyway. The manager at this location works until 3pm and she charged me 3 hours ago without a even a phone call. I'm not going to stop until I get someone to simply do what you said you would and speak with me before you charged me. Ive had so many problems with Philly location and now you, I have all the time in the world to continue this until you make this right. You're not practicing good business. I'm a longtime customer and pay for a unit on time for the past year in philly. I will NEVER deal with you again unless someone tries just tries to make this right. I will get a lawyer, or I will call the news I am not Playing around with you people!

It was ridiculous. Despite the truck being moved from my requested location to this new location, when I showed up at the new location they said the rest of my order - the mattress bags and stuff - was at my originally requested location! I asked if the order could be transferred, since they had the bags on the shelf, but was told no, that would "mess up the inventory." Does your inventory management system not account for this? Before running my credit card, I was asked if I wanted to add miles. I said no, don't they just check the miles at the end and add to the charge if I go over? I was told no, I had to buy them up front... which was not true. Good thing I didn't listen to the attendant and waste money on miles since I ended up being 5 miles under the limit. Then the attendant was stacking bags of rental furniture pads and I asked "oh, are those for me?" And she said no, and ran off to get more furniture pads, which I put in the back of the truck... and then when I was about to leave she said "don't forget your other furniture pads!" Those two bags were for me. Then when I went to the other uhaul location to get my mattress bags and bubble wrap, they had it pre-selected and had wrapped my order in a white plastic bag, ok. Good thing I checked it before I left, because whoever had packed it only put in one mattress bag even though my order sheet stapled to it specifically says 2. The whole experience was bizarre and stupid.

I was looking for a tow dolly, Searched for one using the online search. It gives you 12 places that DO NOT HAVE what you want. Site takes forever to get response back also. It should give you locations that actually have the equipment you are after instead of telling who doesn't have it! Called the 1 800 # and got no help there either. They said they don't have inventory at locations. WHY NOT!? So she said you have to call each location and see if they have want you want. So you have to be on the phone for an hour calling different locations?? She said yes and I HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!! The biggest hauling company in the US and and this is what you have to go threw to find what you are after. You people need to address this issue! Also the location where i rented it was not showing that it had a tow dolly. Only found that out after i rented one from a different location(1/2 hour away) and was told wasn't allowed to drop it off at a different location. Another issue that needs to be addressed. Attendant called the location and found out they had a tow dolly. How come no questions about the rental process? You would fail miserably there!
