To my regret and surprise I found that the roof had been leaking for quite some time, causing damage to several of my stored items. I advised the young lady that I checked out with of the leak and was advised that she would have it looked at. Never a question about damage to any of my items, not a care given. Maybe instead of building a u-box storage facility at the site, maintenance could have and should have been performed on the existing facility.

I’m most grateful that my fees didn’t increase as others I know with units at other companies! My only dislike about the unit itself is I wish it was climate controlled. Unfortunately some items did get mold on them.

I requested to speak with her three times and felt like she was avoiding me, as she was only sending me automated messages and text messages when I finally did speak with her. She was rude and unprofessional. She over talked me when I finally got to speak with her. I would not recommend this location with a manager who delivered poor customer service.

She made me feel welcome and she made me feel like my things will be stored in a very clean and safe environment. Kudos to her and her team!
