Well when I first arrived the staff was rude and I was very polite. I had initially rented the uhaul for 3 night$ I also reserved the truck and the storage room well when I got there the uhaul workes told me that I didn't reserve a storage unit because they had none! Well that should not have been an option on the reservation. I am very upset when I got there they asked how many mile I said 100 well on the website it calculates the mileage at 0.29 and in the paper it says 0.69 so instead of a 90$ rental and storage room really caused me to have a horrible time . I want the number or to communicate with someone in corporate I want a refund and feel like you guys owe me I still have not been able to move my furniture and would be thankful if you gave me a storage building and another truck rental please email me back Wesley Oakes firstname.lastname@example.orgWesley O.

Staff is engaging, personable, knowledgeable, & professional. Recommendations were solid and improved the experience with the trailer. I have used similar services prior including different U-Haul campuses in different states. I can sincerely state that this is one of the best teams (and individuals!) that I have had the pleasure of working with. While storms were upon us at pick up and (I'm sure) limited staff near closing time on Sunday at return, everyone was friendly and made the process smooth and painless. I thought this would be like any other time I had rented a vehicle, but not this time. I only needed the truck to pick up some plywood that was very close by. I reserved the truck for 3 hours, drove it a total of 10 miles, and returned it an hour early. I figured I would put a gallon of gas in since I had only driven 10 miles. When I got my receipt emailed I noticed they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I was a bit puzzled so I called the store. Initially the guy who answered told me that there was more fuel in the truck than I had said there was. I had taken dashboard pics. Anyway, after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes the guy came back on the line and said I would be refunded. It wasn't so much about the money after the guy inferred I was either mistaken or lying. It became a matter of character. It should have been obvious that the mileage was 10 miles and that does not take their 2 gallons and my one gallon of gas. It will be a very long time before I return to that UHaul location if ever! Your refund does not make up for the insult.William F.

When I went to pick up the truck I reserved, they didn't have the appliance hand truck I also reserved. I was told to go to lowes hardware to see if they rented hand trucks. They gave me the key to the truck so I went out to get the truck and it was covered in mud. It looked like someone went mud boggin. I went back inside and told the lady inside, she said sorry our hose is broke! I was embarrassed to drive the truck like this so I had to wash it before I took it to my neighborhood. I did have the truck 2 days and put 300 miles on it which cost me $461.13 to rent and $170.00 in gas. I will never rent from uhaul again this is ridiculous. Vehicle hauler had broken straps that I didn't discover until I tried to use it at my destination. Fortunately I had some in my personal truck that I rigged to make the trailer work. The uhaul had the trailer stored in a location that made it very difficult to get it in and out â€” no one in the store offered to help move it for me. I just had to thread the needle myself. Fortunately I have some experience backing up trailers but it would have been just about impossible for a noviceAndrew L.

Checking-in online did me no good at this location. I still had to wait forever while they went through the entire rental process. The truck has a violent shake to it at certain speeds as if it had a bad tire or bent rim. One bolt was sheered off on the jack for the auto transport. Rented a truck to move heavy furniture expecting to have accessible storage. We asked to see the space when we picked up the truck but we're not allowed until we returned to unload. We were never told until that time that the storage room was 8 feet above floor level accessible only by heavy metal, steep, rolling, stairs making it impossible to carry up heavy large furniture. All furniture was ruined with mold in only a few months. I had to pay U haul to ruin my stuff. I got a depreciated value for my items but not refunded for the time it was in there getting ruined I feel U haul owes me 190.00 for the 2 months rent. Ihad to pay someone to get all personal items out and took me weeks to clean it all. The people were really sweet but said they could not defund my money only the insurance company could do that and the insurance company said no they can’t reimburse for anything uhaul billed.
