I have no issues with the drop off nor pick up location personally. Truck was in great shape and was pleased it had cruise control, the lack of cc in the past 40 years of using your service was disappointing. With the above said you have great location coverage, surprisingly good equipment, cooperative and pleasant personnel. A big issue is the performance of you internal reservation IT is surprisingly terrible. 2 weeks ago it took me 1.5 hour to check in using the uhaul terminals, I had had problems with the app on a previous check in. The app kept crashing in the reservation process and I ended up without the 5 dollar key lock out coverage. This ended up costing me 250 for locksmith. Last time I usied your personnel to check in and took 1.5 hours. I used the app this time to make reservaton and check in and today I was trying to use app to review contract to see what time to bring truck back and app had no history. This is bad because the reservation and check in was accomplished via app. I ended up calling customer service to get the time.
The truck I reserved was not there.

Surperb as it is
Just make sure you reserve vehicles for the right days the user requested. I requested two successive Saturdays, and two successive Fridays were reserved instead. Thank heaven that Heather called to confirm, and straightened it out when I told her that it was supposed to be Saturdays, not Fridays. It could have been disastrous.
Reimburse customers for unused mileage per contract or binder
The equipment could have been cleaner. The windows and dashboard were dirty.
The employees did not secure the trailer on the hitch ball and ultimately damaged my truck. Two employees attached a trailer to the towing vehicle. Once complete, both employees instructed me to pull the vehicle for tow onto the trailer. As I pulled up the trailer ramp, the trailer came up and off of the hitch ball, lurching forward damaging the back of my truck. The license plate and tailgate to my truck are both smashed. The employees instructed me to submit a claim through Uhaul's customer service department after the incident. I submitted, but have not rec'd a follow-up call from Uhaul customer service or from management at the uhaul location. I've contacted uhaul more than 3 times to resolve. Highly frustrating and time consuming from a customer's standpoint. Beware.
Rude employees. Flawed return system. People get blocked in waiting for trucks to be moved.

Friendly and excellent service. The clerk was very helpful and friendly.
Truck was not ready at the time requested, location did not have the accessories I put on the reservation, I had to go to a separate location to pick up the accessories (pads) resulting in loss of time and added miles put on the truck and to top this off charged me double for the daily rate than the time I actually had the truck

The self check in and check out did not work.
The woman that help me was very pleasant and kind and relieve me of any thoughts of being charged for anything more than what I have already paid which made me very happy instead of being surprise through the mail with a bigger bill. That was very nice
Heather was a wonderful representative, especially under stressful circumstances. There were several demanding customers she was dealing with.

I will never use Uhaul again. I was never counseled that my rental must be returned to the same location. I had to drive an extra 5 hour round trip to address this.
