I have rented from Uhaul dozens of times over the years and have had difficulties, especially if not in-town rentals. Todayâ€™s experience was flawless. I will always look to rent from this location when renting equipment in the future. My only concern was the fact that employees were not wearing masks during customer facing interactions.

I understand there were some technical issues with computers on Saturday when I was scheduled to pick up a rental. I had filled out the pre-check-in online weeks earlier, and still had to stand at the desk waiting on my vehicle for just over 1.5 hours. They were unable to process my check-in or card payment due to â€œsystem errorsâ€ and suggested it would be faster if I paid by cash. I walked to an ATM, came back and paid cash... still waited another 20 min to get a truck. When I returned the truck, different staff were working and I was given a receipt and change. However, later I checked my bank statement and, in addition to having paid cash, my card was charged leaving me a negative balance and fees. This was a horrible experience during a stressful move. Never again!
Computer systems were down and wait was incredibly long. Truck was dirty, old drink bottles strewn throughout.
Have the truck size a person is asking for and the correct name of the pick up place. I was given 1 name and turn out to b another.
You have wonderful staff at the Marshall Street location in Winston-Salem. All three of them were very helpful, patient, polite and went above and beyond. My return went a little long due to IT issues (cards were not working) but they were all so sweet and caring when I said I was a little under the weather. Gave me water and a seat. Now, corporate, give them some help! Fix the systems! Thank you staff, you are awesome
Charged me for an extra day when my contract stated I had until 5/31 to drop off, trailer was dropped on on 5/30. I called the store to get it settled and have yet to get a call back.
This location helped fix problems from the place I rented from. They also cleaned up the mess from the first place I attempted to drop the truck off at.

This location charged me incorrectly when I returned the vehicle. They charged me for an extra day when I returned the vehicle a day early and charged me for 30 miles over when I was 30 miles under what was allotted. Luckily, after several calls to U-Haulâ€™s customer service, I was able to get my money back, but is still unacceptable. If you use this location, make sure you review your receipt and contract carefully!
Do not change the time on when someone is supposed to pick up there uhaul, which makes them have to wait 2 hours just to get one.
First, this was not the location I selected and two days before I was to drop off the trailor the origonal location called to tell me which location to go to instead. Again, Uhaul's inventory system should be updated. Also, when I went to drop off the location, in order to park the trailor, you would need a master's degree in parking and backing up trailors. Extremely tight squeeze and sharp corners. NOT EASY to return at all. But, the personnel helping to direct my truck was very nice and friendly.

Again the same person wait on me last Tuesday n the truck that I rent it again was in a difficult location to pull out when I finally got the truck almost all the way out he comes out and move another truck so I could go on and get out but it was too late I'd already done it @aria maneuver the truck so I can get out this is happening both times he has work it's Tuesday and last easy it only happens when he works the other guy if it's in a difficult place we're really I seen him pull out the trucks for other people
Fix the leak in the Moms attic. Get new blankets, they are chemically reacting to peopleâ€™s furniture and burning it.
