The truck I rented on 6/28/18 - the battery died in Greensboro making it impossible for me to return to W-S that evening to complete my move because it was after 11pm and the storage was closed. On 6/29 I returned to Uhaul and was given another truck to complete the move. This was supposed to be at no charge. Today I was charged $39.54 for the truck on 6/29/18 - an unauthorized charge. Nicole Miller, who ever that is needs to contact me ASAP to get this taken of and this charge removed from my card immediately!!! This is very unprofessional

I would strongly suggest getting rid of both of the ladies at the front desk around 1 PM one lady was verbally complaining about our manager to another employee and both seemed very d disk Ronald about their job I would rate their attitude as lousy I need to rent equipment from here from time to time but these two were the worst and another customer spoke to me as he was leaving about them not being in a hurry to get their job done

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Uhaul this time. I was overcharged for my initial charges, told I had unlimited miles by two different representatives by phone and then charged for extra miles! I filed a claim and have not received any follow up contact in over a week since I filed my claim. Very disappointed and will definitely tell friends and colleagues about my negative experience!

Very good customer service. The gentleman that helped me at check-in (Lester?) was very courteous and professional. This was my first U-Haul experience. I booked online and did the online check-in before arrival. Was inside 5 minutes, then out the door and ready to roll. Thank you for a hassle-free experience.

U-haul needs to hire more people for this location and others. The employees at this location were very nice. It's understandable if you catch them at a rough time, they have no help. There's usually only 2 people there at a time and it makes it very stressful on them when it starts to get a little crowded. Please UHAUL.. hire more people and stop over working and under paying your employees. They do work hard and you seem to show no care, concern or appreciation for your employees!

The rental process was easy, as was the return process. However, the rental wasn't charged to my card for over 2.5 weeks after the rental. I called multiple times and could never get through to the actual store, they always rerouted the call to some corporate call center. Finally they sent a receipt but it still wasn't charged to my card. I'm still waiting.

To be honest the customer service was terrible at this location. No one walked through the truck with me. I pulled off and the tire was low so I put air in it and dtove off. Had to put air in that tire 5 times just return truck. Never got to move what I rented the truck for and ehen I asked for a refund the manager threatened to call the police on me. They were very racist in nature and down right RUDE. Iwould never ever use U-Haul after this experience. I mean I spent $224 to be threatened and bullied for being a loyal customer. U-Haul should be ashamed of it management team a the location in Winston Salem NC on Marshall St.
