I have rented several U-Haul's but this was by far the most seamless experience and most helpful staff. There was a small mixup with the mileage but they took care of it right away. Vehicle was in great condition. Office and staff were excellent enough to the point where I'm writing this review without any prompting. Thanks again!Matthew H.
The reservation that was made was for a van and was confirmed as a van. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that they did not have any vans in stock. I was given another vehicle, however, the entire reason I chose to pick up the vehicle at this location was to have a van. I think that shows or lack of transparency. The customer service and employees at the location were fantastic, but I'm hesitant to using U-Haul again because of this lack of transparency. If there is not a Particular vehicle at a particular lot, the renter should be notified or it should not be available to be listed.SAMUEL W.
Check the air conditioner in the trucks. I found out the trucks air conditioner was broken after it was loaded and had to drive 8 hrs in 92 degree heat with a 7 and 5 year old in car seats.ANDREW K.

I was very disappointed in the young lady's customer service the day i rented. She was not pleasant and when asking for my credit card and identification, after handing it to her she tossed both back on the counter when she was done. I was not informed about extra charges for not clicking a link after i dropped truck back off, i think that is something that you should make customer aware of in person, not thru text. The employees were great and the facility is fine, but it's a tight parking lot in a downtown location for a lot of big trucks. I rented the dual axle trailer the week before and it was great. This trailer was not. The door got stuck multiple times and the whole trailer leaned down too far. there shouldn't have been any difference from the week before.Michael D.
