Robert HTha only negative issue is that I reserved a 10ft Truck and ended up with a van. However, customer service was great! Van was New! Front desk gentleman was awesome! I’m a loyal customer to this location for the past 20 yrs
Janice COnly comment would be, it seem the staff member was alone. Dropped unit off a day early (April 28 @ 7:30am ish) and was told where to pull the unit but never received or was offered any documentation about the drop off/return.

victoria sWhen doing one way moving after purchasing the truck they changed the drop off location on me THREE times. Highly recommend they stick to the location you select in the request to avoid any inconveniences or additional mileages. Yes they did provide extra miles however that doesn’t include timeframes if the location closes at a certain time and you need a cash refund to handed to you by a human being. Felt rushed, considering someone who doesn’t exceed past the posted speed limits in route. The gentlemen that helped me through the pick up and drop off process were excellent. The system and over uhaul company I do not recommend.

GARY PThere’s always an issue with the vehicles. Got a 9’ cargo van doors kept saying it was open even when is was locked. Got a 10’ Truck and the drivers side light was out.
YAEL RTruck was on dead empty. I was afraid to even drive back to my house in Williamsport. Side mirrors were filthy. I could not adjust to my liking. Found the truck to be very uncomfortable. I was able to do what I needed, but I was very glad when I returned the truck. Sorry I'm not very positive but just felt I needed to share my opinion
YVETTE LStaff was not interested in customer at first but did help. Busy looking at phone. Would recommend because it was as full Uhaul center in area.
RICHARD SBooked a truck days in advance for after-hours pickup, arrived, could not check in because the equipment was not assigned to me. Had to reschedule.

SEAN KI don't like your service. I rented a van. I did not damage the van, but you workers lied on me, and charged me over $100.0 for it . I didn't hate anything. I will never rent from your company again. I am angry for him lying on me.

WILLIAM GI scheduled to pick up a 24 foot truck and decided to down size. The employee there told me to take the 20 footer instead and when I turn it in. Ill be charged for the 20 footer. That was not the case. I asked this employee multiple times to confirm this and they lied to me several times. Very disappointing, I talked to the GM Ben and told me I would receive a refund. Its been 3 weeks since that conversation and I still haven't received a refund for this employees lie.

ROBERT RThis location was okay but when I left something behide they told me they left it on the trash bin . Thats not something you leave on a trash bin
Ashley BThe only issue I had was when I was taking the blankets out of the packages. I found what looked like a prison shiv wrapped up in the blankets. It could have been very dangerous had I not noticed it. I have a picture if you would like to see it.

RHONDA CThere was ice on the windshield whenever I went to pick it up and walked through snow at the back lot to go get it in sneakers. When I asked if they had an ice scraper, the guy at the front desk didn't even look around for one and was more focused on his cell phone.

DENNIS BThe location was not able to honor our reservation and spent >30 minutes claiming they couldn't honor the $50 reservation guarantee. I tried to reach a general manager for resolution using phone, text, and email and got no response. The printed contract showed numbers that did not add up correctly.
