The staff in Hagerstown were very friendly and able to help with an issue caused by another UHAUL site and complaint with the state of the truck. They were empathetic and did whatever necessary to compensate the issues. The site itself was very well marked and easy to get into and out of. Would highly recommend.
Becca GDolly was missing a cotter pin. After I got hooked up the trailor came off after a few miles, not sure what caused that. Also I was charged $5:extra for the dolly because I returned it to a different location. Other than than service and personal was good l and everything else on the trailor went good!
Brian PRented a truck and trailer. Truck was fine but the trailer had no running lights, which I discovered 500 miles into my trip late at night. Also when picked up trailer, there was only one staff member for the whole operation which made it difficult for him to assist me hooking up trailer and other customers at the same time.
ANDREA KOur rental location was. Hanged by uhaul the day before. We had to drive further to get our rental. When we got there they were not open a d my app would bot work. I called the help line and they said my reservation was changed by uhaul to in store and not mobile pick up for a time the store wasn't even open.
Tyra GRetire the truck that I was using!!! The steering wheel had a lot of play in it. Also the door to the box part of the truck was so bad that I had to have two people close the door. We only moved a piano and we would not take the interstate because the truck was so bad. I really hope you update your fleet soon.

john fTrailer had lots of dust from hauling gravel or concrete or something of that texture/color. Fortunately we were only hauling trash, but I wouldn't have wanted to move furniture in it, for example. We returned the trailer around 1 pm, but it apparently wasn't checked back into your computers until after 630pm, because I got a call from your back office asking when we were going to return it, and whether we needed more time.

Robert HTha only negative issue is that I reserved a 10ft Truck and ended up with a van. However, customer service was great! Van was New! Front desk gentleman was awesome! I’m a loyal customer to this location for the past 20 yrs
Janice COnly comment would be, it seem the staff member was alone. Dropped unit off a day early (April 28 @ 7:30am ish) and was told where to pull the unit but never received or was offered any documentation about the drop off/return.
