I would recommend better customer service. The gentlemen behind the counter was not so friendly and overwhelmed.

Tayla keeps a tight ship and is very courteous. What she could not have known is how horribly out of balance the wheels are on the motorcycle trailer. Vibrated my vehicle the 3 hours to Mansfield PA and even under load, the resulting vibrations resulted in a check engine light popping up on my dash on my return trip. My mechanic states it vibrated the engine control module so much it read the vibrations as if there was a collision! Service was fantastic; equipment not so much.

Lewis MThat trailer, when not on a flat surface , can have a flaw where the tailgate pins don't align... It's because of the repairs done on that unit. The tailgate also drops way too low which sucks... Floor is rusted and coming apart down the middle. This trailer really should just be auctioned off.

On my return, the technician was equally friendly, efficient and professional. He helped the return process to be very easy and fast. I would recommend everyone I know to use this location for U-Haul. I had a perfect experience so I don’t have any suggestions for improvement.

Franchesca AEverything was super easy peasy. With that being said, on a Saturday morning you should have two employees working. The poor girl handled more than 15 different pick ups all by herself at the highest pick up time in the AM. I felt bad for her and for the customers.

The return of the truck.was even speedier. I definitely recommend this uhaul location I will absolutely use this location again in the future. Oh, and the price was fabulous! Elaine WAlthough the truck worked well the smell inside the cab was disgusting. The cab reeked of weed. I informed a worker inside the facility and he opened the cab door, took a whiff and agreed. Then he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I had to drive 3 hours with the windows open and even the next day when I returned it, the smell was as strong as ever inside the cab.

Stacey WI waited 20 mins at the East Petersburg Location for a U-Haul representative, and no one showed up. Check the cameras to see if I am lying, I was watching my clock to whole time. After waiting another customer came in for propane and he was assisted first, which I was ok with but still had to wait longer now. They were listening to loud music in the background. I understand that there was only one person working, but to wait that long was unnecessary. Asked for a military discount and there is none because I am still active. When I did get the vehicle to use it, I was possibly going to be late because I drove very far. I called 3 times to the U-Haul dealer and no one responded. Even another representative tried to help me to transfer to an onsite personnel because she stated that only the dealer can assist with working it out with me. I ended up keeping it for another day because it was so inconvenient to contact them and it was getting late. When I dropped off the vehicle, I had no directions on what to do or where to drop it off or where to put the key. Again, loud music and one of the workers was smoking a cigarette. Extremely unprofessional. I stood around for 10 mins outside looking like an idiot before asking, do you want me to leave, and am I ok? and they finally said oh yeah, you can go..... Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE BUYING MY OWN TRUCK SO I WILL NOT HAVE TO UTILIZE U-HAUL AGAIN!!! I will def be leaving a negative review on Google that is for sure!

Edward HThe location was very busy and there was not enough staff to handle the customer volume upon truck pickup. Upon returning the truck, there was only one clerk on duty and he did not care what I did with the return. He said he has to do other things and just took my key.
Tom LIt was easy to order and then when I got there and realized I needed a bigger vehicle, the staff was great at getting that done. Return was super easy too. Great price helps.
Justine MTrailer 3166 does have a small water leak when raining in the driver side front ceiling corner. Otherwise the group at the Main Street location was VERY accommodating. We needed a trailer to transport indoor color guard equipment including a 200# vinyl tarp on a wheeled cart. So much easier to get the cart into the trailer with a dropdown/ramp type tailgate. The group at the Main Street location went over and above to make sure that each of the 4 times I rented from them that I got this particular 5X8 trailer. Thank you guys so much!!!!
Nicolas RIgnition switch and/or key was faulty and needed to be moved in and out in order to start truck. Needs to be replaced. Advised the return employee of this situation, didn't respond or appear to be interested in noting the issue.
Geoffrey WThis was a Saturday morning pick up with only one person at the counter. The line was long as was the wait. The UHaul front person kept his shit together and was very, very pleasant and efficient. Confirmed reservations should get priority over walk-ins! Needs to be some way to take care of us with reservations ahead of the hopeful walk-ins. Walk-ins always take longer and they often need a truck or trailer that is not prepped. Your front guy was amazing! He was doing the work of 2+ people.
