I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I usually go to another location and now realize that I have been missing out and accepting mediocrity. Those trucks are usually dirty with bad customer service. At this location, I had a clean, newer vehicle with great customer service at both the beginning and the end. I will definitely be back.

TOSCHI CI definitely appreciate the staff giving me info about the trailer and what’s needed during the pick up. The drop off was smooth as well too, so as I pulled up, she had the trailer disconnected less than 2 mins.

Carlos M1). I told customer service that I was driving to Baltimore, MD—-from Forestville, MD. He even calculated the mileage. Not one time ask if it was round trip or 1 way. I assumed that I could drop off the truck off to a nearby Uhaul in Baltimore. No. My truck had to be returned. 2). Mice ate through my bags that were in my storage #H001. I spent about $3,800 for a year of storage……to get my belongings out with mice droppings and my things chewed through. I will NEVER use Uhaul even again. Thankfully, I don’t have to! I’ve used storages before and NEVER had to experience an infestation. There was a hole in my storage wall as well.

DASHONN TCustomer service was TERRIBLE! Sarcastic and rude. Was talking to the first rep and a lady asked him to do something mid sentence, and he walked away without saying anything. I had to ask her for help after she walked away and she had an attitude for me asking clarifying questions about the rental. Would not recommend. The reps upon return were nice.

PATRICK KThis Wyatt Kim Re: contract No 19270399 I'm very disappointed that I picked up a truck at mileage 141783, but the contract shows 141777, and I noticed a discrepancy in the mileage. show a clerk proof of mileage. She said the mileage was correct in the system, but she didn't give me the correct contract paper. Today, I return a truck mileage charge from 141777. Could you please clarify why the discrepancy occurred?

ROBERT MTrailer bearings failed on the front axle, grease on the wheels, smoke coming from under the trailer at the front axle. The trailer had yard debris and construction materials in it. The trailer hasn’t been cleaned for a long time.

LORENZO DMake sure trucks are cleaned and smell fresh atleast. Also make sure they are up to date. The one i drove felt like the transmission is on its last. Also, have better mirrors. The way u have to adjust them manually isn’t the best and the staff could have been more helpful and made sure my concern about them was answered to the best of my knowledge. I really don’t like the customer service from so called manager and staff just seemed lazy like I’m here but that is today’s culture unfortunately and the trucked smelled funky. I sprayed cologne to try to freshen it up but that didn’t help so I could tell it doesn’t get wiped down or clean when it is returned. Just wasn’t my best and I have rented from this spot in past a few times.

JOSEPH POnly one mishap, we noticed one of the wiper blades was broken after we left the location and had to bring the truck back which caused a little delay with our schedule but the staff was able to provide us with another truck, they were very professional.

LAANGEL WTrucks need to be in better condition. The sunvisor was broke and kept hitting me. Someone tried to put a nail in it to hold it up but didn’t work. The seat wouldn’t adjust but managed to drive it because I didn’t have time to switch it out. The young lady that worked with me was excellent!
