I asked for a 4 wheel toe dolly but when I went to pick it up I got the 2 wheel, on the drive back it turn into the side of the vehicle it was carrying and scrap the side. I was not satisfied with the service because I did not get what I asked for and they came up with some stupid reason why I couldn't use a 4 wheel dolly, I didn't want my vehicle on the ground.Michelle C.

Everything was excellent. However, I forgot my wallet in the truck and didn't realize it until later in the evening.. When the staff went to, "check over" everything he said everything at 11:45am was all set. The truck I used was reserved at 12:00pm, so I have no clue if I will get it back. Despite it being my fault initially, it could have been easily recovered with a basic sweep of the cab..Mathew W.

First truck wasn't road worthy and a second truck was supplied. That one worked very well.randy C.
The truck I got was almost dangerous. Empty or full it bounced all over with every little bump in the road. 88,000 miles and I never was in a vehicle that was so dangerous to drive. Worst ride in any vehicle in my life!! If I was going a long distance I would have pulled into the first U-Haul I saw and gotten another truck. Also I was told the truck was full, but it was on â…ž of a tank. 21 miles I drove it and it was almost 8 gal of gas to bring it back. Very disappointed with the junk wagon you rented me. Where is the maintenance supposed to be taking care of the truck? I'll think long and hard of ever renting from U-Haul again!!!!!Brian S.
I rented the truck and an appliance cart online. The person that called me two nights before I picked it up said that everything was good to go. When I showed up the person that waited on me told me that they haven't had carts in weeks. I had to carry my refrigerator in my house with help from my brother n law. It was very bulky and somehow we damaged something inside of it, so I had to contact a repair facility to fix it. I can't say for sure that it happened because we didn't have the cart, but it was working before we moved it. The people I dealt with were very nice, but I should have been notified in advance that you didn't have a cart, so that I could make other arrangements.David D.

I had terrible service experience with this location. I still not believe he was manager the way he talked to me and his behavior. I was buying tv box and on box it's show price is 19.95. And if we add 8 % tax that would be $1.60 So total should be $21.55 after tax. He told me $24 and change. So I asked him why it's more? He got angry and lied to me. He said because of taxes. I said is't tax is 8 %? He rudely just kept saying me it's my system. Very poor serviceDevendrakumar P.
I was sent from New York to Florida with a rental that had known problems. The check braking system alarm and verbal alarm kept going off the entire trip. The gas gauge was also broke making driving across country unnecessarily stressful and challenging. I had to leave more gas than was required because the gas gauge was broken and have not been reimbursed . I asked for a partial refund and received nothing but the run around. The receiving U-Haul facility informed me that this is common practice from U-Haul rentals coming from North to South. The northern facility's don't want to deal with the repairs so they send out faulty equipment knowing that it will not be returned to them broken. I was issued a formal complaint reference ID number 3845527 on July 27 2022 and told I would be contacted. As of August 08 2022 I haven't heard from U-Haul.stephen H.
