Upon pick-up, Trailer tire was visibly bald and wear was beyond safe. Trailer was released as good to go on 1,000 mile trip. 2/3rds of way into trip on I-5 in OR, tire disintegrated. Trailer became very unstable and hard to control as it was swaying from left to right. Very lucky there was no accident.

I reserved a 20 feet truck but Uhaul cancelled it one day before the pick up. It sucks. I am not happy with it at all. They gave me this 15 feet truck at this location which is very far, I had no choice. Just very unpleasant experience.

Been to this location many times. Good staff... expect to be served well. These group of guys are attentive and clear. I would warn to any rude customers tout there, come at your best.... cause it looks like they don't take no smack.

I have the worse customer service at this location. The guy at the front desk was very rude. I was informed by the girl that my rate was .99 cents per mile, but he charge me 1.19 per mile. I explained it to him and he said, do you want it or not?

I returned this truck the same day, clean, gas at dispatched level, and dropped off the key in the drop-off box. But they charge me for a 2nd day once they opened on Sunday at 9 am. I have never informed that is it was my obligation to make the self-return by phone.

Sept. 17 2020 It's hard to improve on perfection ! I can only speak on behalf of two young men who helped me during my visit (one of them is Anthony I didn't get the others name) they were very helpful, prompt, they knew their job and duties well and were very professional ! I don't use U Haul often but when I do I always come to this location. Because of the great service and the always have what i need. Sincerely Johnny Bri.

1. If you cannot provide self pick-up, let the customers know in advance so they don't two hours waiting! 2. Hire someone to fix the bugs in your app!

Lower the mileage price. To pay to rent the truck plus mileage, plus gas for a quick move, seems like alot. I paid $120 for 4 hours.

The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the appliance dolly. The tongue of the dolly was too small, in my opinion it needs to be about 4” to 6” longer, to provide better leverage.

The worker was working and managing everything by himself. I felt bad for him, but I did want him to receive recognition that although they were slammed and he was alone, he had a great attitude and he was very helpful. Wonderful employee! Get him some help!

One of the employees was not wearing a mask! I'm being charged full price for the worst rental truck I've ever rented! and I think Ill never rent from u-haul again unless I'm shown some form of compensation. I stated everything wrong with the truck in my online drop off and dont feel i need to do it again.

I reserved a trailer when I arrived it's not available they didn't bother to inform me. When I arrived 2 customer ahead of me They let the new employee (4days)Work by himself, whenever he has a question he has to call somebody else on the phone. I was there at 7am on time on my reservation and left U-Haul past 8am. I end up renting a truck and I was told they Will give me a $50 credit after a week And it will reflect on my credit card. Just called U-haul found out they didn't even submit a paper works to process my credit it's been two weeks already. Shiela very nice lady help me (ref. # 2751811).

The van was dirty it looked like the whole dash and side of the drivers side was splashed with a soda or some type of liquid. The employee was slow, and seemed like he was taking his time on purpose. The other associate helping the other customer sounded irritated with the customer and they were both smirking under there breath. Not professional at all. Very disappointed with customer service. They were not courteous or helpful. It really bothered me how they were treating the other customer because of the questions they were asking.

The convenience of a uhaul is great, unfortunately the prices advertised are deceiving. I wish I would have been informed with an honest estimate and ended up spending almost 300 dollars to move a couple pieces of furniture. Probably the last time I'll rent or recommend. Thank you.
