When I arrived to pick up the Van I reserved the Gentleman behind the counter asked me for a Name and Number of someone they could call to vouch for me. I was taken a back. This information was never requested before in the half dozen times I rented from this location let alone, all the other U-Haul rentals I have made in my lifetime. He explained to me they had suffered from a number of stolen vehicles and this was the new procedure. 1. This was not present in the rental application I filled out online. The application that is tided to my online account that I have used for years to rent vehicles. 2. I didn't need a anyone to vouch for me when I bought my car. Why should I need to have someone for renting one. 3. I am not comfortable giving out my Friends and Families information without their permission to be used in God knows what way. Despite my history with the company, my reservations regarding this "so called" new policy, the two men behind the counter said they would refuse to rent me the van if I did not provide them with someone to contact. Reluctantly I gave them my wife's name and number, as I already had other scheduled plans that could not be changed. If U-Haul is going to treat people as potential criminals instead of the long standing customers they are, then I guess it's time to start going to Penske.

I rented a trailer. Trailer tires were under inflated. I had to request that they be checked and inflated. Had I not requested this, I would have driven the trailer with under inflated tires. I returned my trailer rental after 4 days of renting. I was charged for 5 days. I was told this was necessary because I returned it 1.5 hours after the time I picked it up. It doesn’t make sense to me that I pay a full day for 1.5 hours. I sent an e-mail to the manager 2 days ago asking about this and have not received a response.

The manager from the store the young guy i forgot his name he was very helpful, polite and great people skills. He explains everything in details. He made my moving process an easy one

Pick up was schedule at 5:30 am when my husband got there he was unable to open the lock to get the key he called costumer service and they change the passcode a couple of times but still was not able to open the lock. He wasted 1 hour and 30 min waiting for the associates to open the location which they open at 7 am . Drop off time did not change we still had to returned the truck at assigned time. It was so inconvenient.
