I have the worse customer service at this location. The guy at the front desk was very rude. I was informed by the girl that my rate was .99 cents per mile, but he charge me 1.19 per mile. I explained it to him and he said, do you want it or not?

I returned this truck the same day, clean, gas at dispatched level, and dropped off the key in the drop-off box. But they charge me for a 2nd day once they opened on Sunday at 9 am. I have never informed that is it was my obligation to make the self-return by phone.

Sept. 17 2020 It's hard to improve on perfection ! I can only speak on behalf of two young men who helped me during my visit (one of them is Anthony I didn't get the others name) they were very helpful, prompt, they knew their job and duties well and were very professional ! Lower the mileage price. To pay to rent the truck plus mileage, plus gas for a quick move, seems like alot. I paid $120 for 4 hours.

The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the appliance dolly. The tongue of the dolly was too small, in my opinion it needs to be about 4” to 6” longer, to provide better leverage.

The worker was working and managing everything by himself. I felt bad for him, but I did want him to receive recognition that although they were slammed and he was alone, he had a great attitude and he was very helpful. Wonderful employee! Get him some help!
