Constance WAfter reserving a 26' truck from Allentown. Day before pick up they called and said on a 10' van ! Got a 20' from Bethlehem location. Should have went there first. Friendly staff. Avoid the Allentown Union Blvd location - ghetto.

My experience with all 3 of you was pleasant and I have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely come back here for future moving endeavors

Pamela LMy reservation got changed 4 times, and app was not working when picking up the truck. Wait times over the phone was 1 hour plus. Absolutely horrendous experience, and added 2 hours to my day which stalled moving.

joe kHowever, we needed a car hauler and they didn’t have it. They sent it to another location who we found out was a hardware store. The hardware store was closing two hours early because of a death in the Family and we couldn’t get the car hauler. We needed it that very day. So we found another Place in another CITY. We picked it up there as they were closing. When I asked them to hook it up, they said we didn’t pay the extra $30. I said, I thought that we paid that to the people that hooked it up and they said no you should’ve paid it inside. I said I’ll go pay it now and they said no. We’re closed do it yourself. These people were pitiful. I would never send anyone to them again.

STANLEY PStaffing at the U-Haul facility for drop off was too small for the volume of customers. It took to long to return the truck. The staff was nice where I evuly got helped.

Regina SI can’t blame the location. Uhaul dropped the ball on this order and made the process needlessly difficult. Changing my location, order, multiple times. After 2 hours of phone calls, I go to pick up and they don’t have my blankets.

shannon mThe weather stripping on the vehicle came off about 500 miles into our trip and we had to by tape to fix it. We wish this wouldn't have happened, but it wasn't a mechanically major issue but definitely a loud one that we could not continue with.

HOLFSON CReturn took only about 15 minutes and most of that was waiting for another customer to finish up. The gentleman working was very helpful as well. No complaints to be had from me!
Brandon SFor just the 12 miles I drove, it appears I was charged for 2 gallons of gas, which implies the vehicle on got only 6 miles to the gallon. I do not believe that to be accurate.
