Return took only about 15 minutes and most of that was waiting for another customer to finish up. The gentleman working was very helpful as well. No complaints to be had from me!
Brandon SFor just the 12 miles I drove, it appears I was charged for 2 gallons of gas, which implies the vehicle on got only 6 miles to the gallon. I do not believe that to be accurate.

HOLFSON CComplete chaos at pick up, very understaffed. Truck full of other peoples items: 2 lightbulbs, a water bottle, and some small trash in back. Truck ran like its transmission was going.

EDWIN AI know the recent snow storm was unprecedented, but the tops of the vans should be kept clear prior to use so chunks of snow and ice don't come flying off when a customer is driving. Just FYI.

RICARDO IOne of the two chains was missing a bolt to secure my vehicle to the trailer. I am appalled that you are charging for for two days rental when the snow rightfully kept me off the roads this morning. As a matter of fact, even though I waited to go on the roads I was still in an accident because of the roads. My police incident number is 20251214M1893. And then, to top it off, you guys want to charge me an extra day?

HENRY GThe trucks need maintenance, in peculiar areas, like the door to the back kept getting stuck going up and coming down. The customer before me didn't put gas in the truck, so I was responsible for what they didnt put in.

PATRICIA LTruck was dropped off at Uhaul at 56 Ridgedale Avenue Cedar knolls NJ 07927. Key is in the lockbox. My app kept freezing when trying to do the drop off, I have pictures of the truck and the mileage in my phone that I can send.
