1. My pick-up time and location were changed without communication 2. Did not have the equipment I ordered, and was not notified until 7:30pm the night before pick-up 3. Had to drive 1.5 hours round trip to pick-up "alternate" equipment, which caused me to incur more mileage costs 4. "Alternate" equipment broke down and I waited on the side of the road for 5 hours to get assistance from U-Haul Needless to say, this was a terrible experience and I have filed a claim with U-Haul.Justin B.

The Boulder office will not answer the phone and I had to call the 800 number and have the general operator leave a message for the Boulder Uhaul office to call me. The Boulder office doesn't have snow tires on their trucks. Snow tires are required by state law on many of the area roads inside and around Boulder from November to the end of March. Very disappointing. The Boulder office didn't understand the computer system and had trouble with a truck rental and had to start the process twice. The Boulder office was understaffed or the staff was poorly used causing long wait times.Annette S.

We had a 7:30am pickup arranged and were prepared to do it via Uhaul's 24 hr service. When we arrived and tried to start the pick up process on my phone, the notice said the truck was scheduled for hand delivery and we had to wait until 9am to pick it up when the location opened. This threw our moving day off by 1.5 hrs and we had to push everything back to make this work. Totally unacceptable. We were told by UHaul Boulder that an employee the day before forgot to line up the early morning pickups so that codes could be generated. There were other people in our same situation there at Uhaul that morning. We made the reservation almost a week in advance, so there is no reason why this should have happened.Victoria G.

Andrew (Manager) was very rude. When asked a question he replied: 'If you don't like it, go to Penske'. He was going to charge me for a trailer with a ramp, even though the trailer did not have a ramp. The back of the trailer could not be opened because the pins very bent. The gas mileage in the promotion indicates that the Van should be in excess of 20 miles per gallon, but my experience every month is around 14 miles per gallon for the GMC Vans. I did have a Ford and Chev some months back and they did get over 20MPG,Robert T.
