It was a really good experience, I had scheduled a truck for late afternoon (not very convenient) but after talking with Nathan he said if something came available earlier he'll call me. He did!!! Burlington location and Asheville location were both excellent - big issue is your toll free customer service and/or local phones. Literally 62 min to get someone on phone for receiving uBox and calling locally to arrange rental was also a nightmare - Face to face everything was excellent and the product was totally hassle free. The vehicle was fine and the service was ultimately fine as well. When I arrived I waited with another customer in front of the attendant's desk for a solid five minutes while he chatted on the phone with someone on speaker phone. He didn't acknowledge that I was there. Again, when I returned the vehicle, there were 3 men gathered around a computer screen and none of them awknowledged my prescene. Finally, someone off to the side stepped forward. Really,a total lack of professionalism. Sorry. I doubt I will go back.Karen B.

Gregg the agent at the counter was awesome! Hlex with everything and multi tasking like a champ. Thsre were like 10 customers and he onside his team rocked it. I would go 5 stats, but the location sucks for uhaul. Tiny. Itty bitty,, cant squeeze another truck in there. I would like to see them in a nice new bigger location and facilityJeremy B.

The app.was very clunky and didn't work out. Then had to wait in line for assistance. Staff was friendly! When I returned the van, an employee told me just to leave the key in the van and there was no need to go inside. Then a day later, Uhaul called me to ask when I was going to return the van!Richard S.

The worker, Jordain was polite and efficient- he was the only one working (that I could see) and he was great! The rental truck, on the other hand smelled like cigarettes and as soon as I removed the cardboard sign in the window, the visor fell on my lap. A clear indication what the employee who reviewed the truck knew it was broken when they propped it up with the cardboard. Poor choice!MARCY C.

This location was great. It was very out of the way and all of the local uhaul locations had no availability. So I ended up with having to put 4 times the miles and gas which made it super expensive.Jacqueline E.

UHaul locations are great on their own. Uhaul switched the trailer pickup location to 45 minutes drive away from original a few hours before pickup forcing me to scramble. Contacting the local dealer (any of them) is nearly impossible w/ phone redirected to main UHaul switchboard and 1 hr waits. I used the chat feature on the website and they sent messages to the local dealer who contacted me. In the end it worked out fine - thank goodness for the chat feature.Marc B.

Fill up your gas tanks before they go out on the road so there is no complications regarding the amount of fuel level in the tank as there are no other indicators on the gas gauge other than half quarter and three-quarter.Josh B.
