I have no complaints with the location. My issue is with the scheduling department. No one told me that the pick up location I had reserved a month ago was not guaranteed. It was extremely inconvenient to go to a different location than what I had booked.

Christopher CNot related to the site of pickup: rental online was to be picked up in Scott’s Valley, CA. Got msg night before that it “was updated” to pickup in San Jose. While en route to San Jose, a msg came in which I could not see (driving) saying reservation was again “updated” for pickup in Campbell. I understand ‘things can happen’, I also understand, first hand, that was not a positive experience. The phone assistants and location staff were all stars. The workers were great, the logistical experience felt disappointing. That says to me, that some people up top are being paid way too much. Protect your brand by being impeccable at all costs.

Steve at Uhual came out, helped me diagnose the problem, found the parts, and helped me fix my car on the spot. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was all set.
Brendan KDon't have customers use the app to purchase and check-in, and then make them wait in a long line anyway. On a saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. in the springtime, is it possible to have more than 1 employee working?

GERRY RI don’t have a problem with the location itself. I do have a problem with U-Haul overall. The network was extremely slow. It took 2 hours at the location to get my reservation. This is the second time this has happened at two different locations. Given the situation, the staff at the location did a tremendous job to help the customers and speed things up as much as they could. I think U-Haul should do something about these network issues. I wasted so much time waiting there as did a lot of other customers. U-Haul could at least offer a discount on a future rental for the hassle

Leif PMy truck was blocked by a customer’s car, so perhaps they need an area sectioned off for customer car overflow. The 10’ truck was missing the ramp, which i worked around, fortunately. The UHaul app forced me to answer in the app some of the same questions i already answered online when i made the reservation (c card, name, address, phone, declined additional services), which wasted time on the checkout. The UHaul app would not allow me to take and upload any pics of the truck. The form just didn’t work.

CHUNG CThe team here was nice and easy to get in and out. The truck however was a little iffy was worried it might breakdown, it had over 120,000 miles and sounded like the breaks were rubbing the entire time. Thankfully I only drove it 15 miles total.

Dan CJust be a little more inclusive I kinda felt a little discriminated by the first person that helped me when he saw my ID just cus it's a Mexican Counsulet ID and my passport is also Mexican plus his attitude like "OMG why do these people like wasting my time I could just be chillin instead of explaning these toddlers how to walk". He was smirking when there was some kind of alert he couldn't tell us what that meant just gave us a number to call and was smiling like he was happy ha didn't have deal with us. Then after I came out to call the number my neighbor (the driver) went in to talk to him and when I came back the attendants attitude was a little less bad. He doesn't seem to want to help people he doesn't really like that job. Or he could just have been having a bad day and was a bit distracted and frustrated. But at the end he was able to help us after all and as I said with a better attitude. Hopefully it was just one of those days or a brain fart. I was about to leave but my neighbor (my driver) convinced me to try again but if he continued with that attitude of not caring, not wanting/trying to help when I came back in the store/facility. But the rest of the people that helped i gotta say i wish they were my friends they have a very positive vibe always trying to help, very knowledgeable and comprehensive, smiling, wishing you a good day, thanking you for your business with them. Trying to make your life easier. As I said maybe the first person wasn't 100% there had some issues in the back of his mind, or just tired but he did end up helping so I'm OK with random hiccups.

Gerald BThe connector for the lights was broken but they fixed it quickly. Unfortunately, at some point in towing the connector disconnected but I reconnected it and all worked until I disconnected it and returned the trailer.

ENRIQUE RTaylor W completely lacks a good work ethic.. When I arrived, he was sitting behind the counter talking on his bluetooth about his wife and kids while helping the 2 customers ahead of me.. Apparently he was the only one working, as he left the office to go set up a truck someone was renting, didn't return for 10 minutes, telling people he was multi tasking (not very well).. when I returned the trailer he was in the lot. I said Hello and he just looked at me.. then he went over to another vehicle to do something before finally coming back to remove the trailer from my hitch.. Very poor customer service if you ask me...

Marie SMy only comments are really for FORD, the vehicle could use some softer touch points for my legs/knees. Over the 2 days and 700+ miles my knees were battered by the hard surfaces in the driving 'well' of the center console and the door. Those hard plastics bruised my knees in the ~15 hours while driving. U-Haul, you did everything great! I used a parking garage in Santa Monica that scanned my plate number, I assume that ~$45 charge will get to my account. Thanks, Andy

MARK AThe computer system was abysmally slow. I submitted a reservation online with the indication that it would speed up the process. It took nearly 45 minutes for me to get my vehicle and fucked up my entire schedule for the day.

Michael SThe ramp on the truck was very difficult to put back in place. I wasted time on multiple occasions trying to slide it into the truck and had to make an unnecessary trip back to your office for assistance. Normally my experiences with this location are very good. This time it was not.
