Truck was not accessible for self-checkout. Not acceptable, especially during Coronavirus pandemic. Assistant at location approached within 6 feet, and when asked to please back away, refused and said he was 6 feet away. I again asked him to back up, at which time he walked away and refused to allow us to get our truck. Called the 800 customer service number and they could not help. I then had to track down the attendant and ask him to please move the truck blocking mine, and he finally did, but grudgingly. I had to risk my health to get my truck, which I need desperately in order to move. Incredibly stressful and anxiety producing experience!

So Quick, so easy. Only negative is that I had a huge truck for a small amount of items and cost me a lot of money. Service top notch, truck top notch. It just cost a lot.

While location was extremely nice until time of actually charging me, the manager set up charges to be the most it possibly could overcharging me my $700-$800. I took car truck in for inspection at day 30 or 31. I was indiected by the manager and was told the charges to date were one month at $1300 ($1300 somethimg). At the time I had driven about 2000 miles which was discussed and was noted by the manager. Next After driving it a few more days I ended up keeping then ended up the truck parked on my driveway for 11 days due to vivid virus (keys left at hertz unable to retrieve promptly, dog very ill ultimately dying, and my father on brink of dying. I actually thought some of extra days charges would be waived with virus and extreme family hardship ... not that I would be charged a 6 week fee and $109 my last day when truck was only driven another 200 miles. Outrageous and wickedly bad pr. Since I was talking to the manager at day 31 and asked him about e tea days he said it would be charged at the daily rate.

Am customer. 2 service people not too friendly. Nothing was explained to me on the billing. Claude explained to me how billing worked when I returned truck. It rained no idea how to turn on lights. Nothing was explained to me about the truck. Finally someone helped me move mirrors. A lady with a heavy load came. Man standing at door. I helped her open door. No offer to carry anything. A man or woman should be helped with a door. Overall experience NOT TOO GOOD.

The person working at U-Haul kept my drivers license after making a photocopy. This Was a result of my having to pay surround the store to avoid pissing myself. I was not allowed to use The bathroom. I was told on March 2 that my drivers license has been mailed to me. I still have not received it seven days later. Horrible experience.

Hi I come to that location and after 1:55 minutes wait because Credit card machine not working and need cash for deposit and that guy told me I give discount and received my bill no any discount that’s why no Recommend and very upset for service Thanks Alireza

1) I reserved and confirmed my rental for pick up via my phone a couple of days in advance, went to the location on day-of, followed the instructions to sign in to my U-Haul account and click on the "Pick Up My Truck" link. Except the link wasn't there. So went into the office to inquire, but was told I had to wait in line, which I did. Very frustrating! Kind of defeats the purpose of confirming in advance and cost me some valuable time I hadn't anticipated. 2) I could not find anything on my contract (nor was I told by the person who checked me in) that I had to refill the gas prior to returning to the level it was at when I picked up the truck. Fortunately, I decided to ask someone in the "yard" who confirmed "Yes," it needs to be refilled. Can only imagine that there must be many people who don't realize this and then get charged an extravagant per-gallon price for having to fill up at your location. Truck was fine; experience, not so much.

Original request was to ick up in soquel. Twenty four hours before uhaul changed pick to corralitos. I called to confirm. They were closed. Reservation changed to campbell ca it was confusing. However the truck was great and it all worked out

Make sure the rental equipment is inside truck, I missed the dolly. Ask the customer if they have ever driven one and if they would like some information. How to put it into drive for example.
