Jenspeter AYou need to find a way to process your rentals quickly. Taking a picture of your license each time you rent is redundant. If there is two people in front of you, it will usually take 15 minutes to get your rental processed.

LAWRENCE LWaited over 30 minutes before being helped. The guy( the fat black folk) at the counter clearly did not care about the customers waiting. His attitude was rude and unprofessional , like dealing with someone who hates their job. Customer service is terrible at this location, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

EDMUND TThe man who took back the truck told me that I owed $800 dollars - when in fact I had already prepaid (and it was only about $250). It totally shocked me! Then he said he was only kidding. Let me assure you - this was NOT funny. I recommend this kind of joking be stopped.

ROBERT WWe had reserved a dozen moving bl as nets but they were not in the truck. We addressed the attendant and he was sickly supplied them. Otherwise-smooth as silk. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience.

JJ SWindows should be clean.customers shouldn’t be responsible to vacuum inside or wash outside. But Customers should at least keep inside the way they received it.
CECILIA BI expected the app to streamline the pick up and return processes, but it complicated them more than necessary, it works better to use the texted link via a phone's browser, or have the staff member handle everything, otherwise you will likely have to do the entire process twice. A better functioning app would improve the experience a lot.

EDMUND TIt would have been nice for someone to show me how the van worked. Keys were unclear. The app was super glitchy and haul truck was blocking me from exiting. Overall pre-paying was great, getting out of the lot bad and using it was great. Return was a piece of cake!
NANCY BMy return time was listed as 24-hours from when I picked up the moving van, to be charged for 1 day. The vehicle was returned the same day I rented it, but I was charged for 2 days.
