I rented a pick up so I could take some things to the recycling center. It was inexpensive and convenient for me. It took less than 5 minutes to pick up my rental. The truck was clean and in great shape. I did my business and dropped the truck back off. They emailed my receipt. It's was fast and easy. Will definitely be renting again when we move later this year.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Scott at the 4th plain store. For such a young man he struck me as polite and a hard worker. Rare in this day - I truly appreciate his customer service and I hope he will receive these comments and the gift card I left him with a co-worker. Keep up the hard work Scott, you'll go places.

I received a horrible customer service on top of a vehicle that was reaking of cigarette smoke and caused my daughter to have an asthma attack. I was not even able to use the vehicle as intended. We had to go home to get her inhaler and try to get her better and eventually just took the truck back.when I try to bring it up to an associate at the store upon dropping it off I will shooed out of the store and told they would email me the receipt

The trailer is on the old side and had burned out running lights. Worked satisfactorily. Always great service from U-haul. Agent is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hook-up guy had to modify the chains to connect to my Silverado 2500 because the trailer hooks were too small. I really appreciated his help and assistance. I will highly recommend U-haul to all that need moving assistance.

U-Haul has insufficient staff for the business at this location, customers are often subjected to long waits to do business. Why don't your senior managers STOP focusing on their annual bonuses and hire more people?

This location is horribly maintained. The trailer we were rented sounded like it was going to come off of our hitch at any moment so we had to keep pulling over to check it. Will never rent from here again.

The app is a hot mess. Users have to sign in 3x!! Plus it's not made immediately clear how the check out process works. All in all I like the contactless component but the software needs some rethinking.

My trailer was rented out to someone else which caused me to wait 6hrs to get another trailer. This was done despite me making reservations. Poor logistics on the part of uhaul. I will never rent from uhaul again.

The only thing I didn't like is the bard code check in had trouble scanning it , and a 20 dollar if you don't check it in , that doing your job . Anyway over all is a 80 % grade

Hold and wait times were pathetically long employees were rude and wait times in the office were 15 plus minutes I still have not returned my card for the storage unit because the employee Wouldn't even acknowledge I was there I was trying to move back to Utah and this is how I get treated

My comment is about the online reservation system. I reserved a trailer and requested a location near my home. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the trailer wasn't at the location close to home but clear across town. I was told I should have had a call telling me of this change, but I never received a call.The 4th Plain location had the trailer and they were quick and courteous. Again, the reservation system let me down.

McKenzie was incredible. There were problems with the computers but she figured a way around the problem and made it possible to complete our rental transaction. She was friendly, she was cheery, and above all she has a great sense of humor. I'll go back, if for no other reason, to work with her again.

Trailer was late getting back, and the entire computer system was down causing me to be 2 hours past schedule for the day. The employees did the best the could. It's clear U-haul under staffs most locations. Every location i have been to could service customers much better with one more person checking in people. Instead of waiting in line for 30 minutes to check into an appointment every single time. The one star rating applies to the corporate side of the company, not the individual employees at this location, which did a great job even with the problems at hand. U haul corporate could step it up a few notches.

It was understandable when I received my call that I would need to pick up our uhaul from a different location 10+ miles out of our way. When we went to pick it up there was no 26ft available. I was told they would have one for sure or get me one at a different location. Due to us having movers scheduled and people to load/unload I had to take what was available. This caused several additional trips. I am disappointed. I've never had this happen at a uhaul before. Also, had to pay the same amount? I feel like something should have been offered due to the increase we had to pay? Confused since we were told the 26ft is guaranteed & it is only the location of pickup that was not??!!

I've recently rented a truck and trailers at this location over several weekends for a move and the staff were friendly and helpful. I've rented at this location before and has been consistently good.

Your website was very disappointing I will never use it again I will talk to a real person I reserved a 26 footer and was called back days later to state that they all have all been committed and we're not available I had to settled for a 20 footer which was too small to do what I had to do

Service at this location was superb as always. The problem was the new afterhours check-in. It crashed my phone 3 times without completing process. If you charge $20 for not doing this the process MUST work. The local store was great but the corporate failure was not theirs to bear.

Changed location on us then charged us for extra mileage . Window seal drivers side totally messed up very noisy drive . Rude customer service on phone . Oil filter was loose losing oil pressure your welcome for taking care it thanks for the over charge

All was fine until a you "automatically" charged my card another months rent when we tried the box 3 weeks ago. Your representative said nobody"closed out or cancelled our contract after move out.
