Forest B.When on checked out the truck at 10:30 am, I was asked how long do you think you need it. I told him that I should be done by about 5pm. I asked what time do you close and was told 7pm. I then said no problem. I was never informed there was a late fee (charged for another day but don't get to use it), even though you are open until 7pm. This is either a mistake by the employee or a deceptive practice, and hope it's a mistake. I was also taken back by the young lady checking me in and stating; that's what you agreed to, which was clearly not my understanding of the agreement.

Eric S.When I reserved my truck the email confirmation said "Major credit cards are required at the time of pick up for Cargo Vans and Pickup Trucks." It did NOT say that I would need to provide two emergency contact phone numbers of people who would actually pick up the phone when the lady at the counter called them. I've never had this experience with any other automobile rental company including U-Haul. The only reason that I'm giving this location two stars instead of one is because I like buying propane there.

Scott E.this location is always understaffed. the truck had 155,000 miles. It leaked. The shocks were shot and bounced us all over and the ignition always had to be jigled a bit before starting. Not nearly the experience you see in the commercials.
Chris S.No one called me to confirm my reservation even though I made it months ago. There was not a truck available at my location so I had to drive to another one. Then the scheduler changed the wrong reservation. I couldn't drop it where I wanted to either. I wasn't impressed

AUGUST U.The website for self-check in would not work for a trailer. It required me to enter mileage and fuel, but gave an error for all entries or no entries and would not allow me to continue to the next step. I was told by the location that they were supposed to charge me for not checking in properly after wrestling with the broken site for 30 minutes.
