VLADIMIR KRick was amazing in working with us and being patient with figuring out what we needed to help move a piece a furniture. He was patient, as this was my first time ever using or renting a U-Haul. When dropping off, the clerk present was also helpful. The process was easy and I would recommend anyone who needed help to utilize this service.

JEFFREY BThe car carrier was unsuitable for towing a Tesla Model S as the clearance is too high and needs modification or a small ramp to lift the front air dam over the wheel stops at front of the carrier. My entire air dam and wheel well liner were ripped off when removing the car and this is not covered in the instructions or details. A bit worriesome as the U-Haul site says the car will fit and my Tesla is bone stock… so it’s now going in for body repair. Not a great experience - not the locations fault but U-haul needs to update its equipment.
Richard HMy trucks pulleys in the engine bay were loud and I was afraid it was going to leave me stranded. I came back a day early and was charged a second day only by 45 mins instead of an hourly rate I get charged a full day. This was not a good experience. The truck had close to 100k miles.

ALLEN FI don’t understand why our U-Haul app order was misconstrued. I distinctly ordered one dolly and 10 blankets. I had two (2) Dollie’s and NO blankets. What is the purpose of using the app if it is not adhered to. On the other hand, I appreciate that U-haul corrected this in the billing, removing the blankets and dolly.
Theresa KMaybe move the truck out for easier inspection.. had to remove the windshield protector, and park somewhere else to document photos.
BRANDI RUser / renter beware. Take pictures. Filled up fuel further than where it was when I picked it up. Once returned it Turned into a he said she said situation and was charged for more fuel. Smiled at me and asked if I had pictures of the dash before leaving. Just a scam to charge for 2 gallons of fuel. Scummy

EVA TEverything was great. Only thing was my key was not in box for pickup and I had to go in. They forgot to put my key out but not a huge deal. All employees were great at pickup and drop off. Truck was great.

LOGAN WNothing short of slightly cheaper prices needs to be changed. I also think it’s ridiculous to charge for dollys in the trucks, it’s a moving truck I feel like it should be standard.
BRANDON EI was offered free rental from staff and was overcharged due to offered deals. Unfortunately the manager was told by the two persons that offered the quoted price for rental and was aware that I was not lying but still proceeded to charge me the full amount/ un-agreed to prices. I was fully prepared to pay daily rates but I was offered free rental excluding per/mileage and said extra coverage per day charges I agreed to at the time of rental.

Preston SThe staff was fiendly. It was not explained to me that if I drove over the estimated mileage there would be an up charge of mileage price. As for the truck, it was in poor shape. Intetior door handles fixed with electricians tape.The cab stunk of cigarette smoke and other sour smells. The headlight switch was loose and took a while for lights to stay on. Transmission was choppy on shifting, especially in town. I have rented many trucks in my day, this was the worst and should be removed from your fleet until it's repaired. Unlikely to ever rent from UHall again.
BRIAN WNow I dropped my rental trailer two days after pickup in Vero Beach Fl, on 11- 13-25 Only to receive a bill of almost $300.00 Uhual is saying I delivered this trailer in PA... Crazy.. they are holding me responsible for a rental payment, I stated the drop of address and date....I'm asked if i have any pictures to validate my drop-off and location.....really!! isn't that U-hual job... Pretty much I'm screwed on 300.00 And my word doesn't mean diddlly... what was suppose to be 115..00 charge Is now 300.00 not fair U-Hual.... So in the future if you rent from U-Hual document with pictures your pickup and delivery.... or face the wrath...of an employee screw up that cost you!
Bruce LThe lady is soooo nice. I never got her name but the first time I went she was playing contemporary Christian music and always mentions the Lords name and I love it. So kind, gentle and funny. Had to rent again and she was the same. Calls me by name and just wonderful and helpful. I hope she stays there and provides a great service and atmosphere l! Thank you sooo much!!!!

JAY BI would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone, and I do not plan to use this service again. The equipment (10-foot truck and furniture blankets) was fine and functioned well. However, the service was the problem. If you are not technologically savvy, you are made to feel as if you are a second-class citizen. The expectation is that you will register online, use the APP, respond to links via texts, etc. and have very minimal personal interaction (if you are not familiar with these online functions, the instructions are difficult to follow and they are very time-consuming, particularly on site). If you are not able to carry out these functions with proficiency, you are made to feel as if you are a burden - what happened to good customer service via pleasant and professional personal interactions???????
