No parking for my vehicle was a huge letdown especially because I am taking a vehicle off of the lot. Replace the space taken up by the Uhaul vehicle with mine when i take the Uhaul vehicle off of the lot. It made me late that i had to find street parking. If i was given a warning, i would’ve been ok with this practice. The attendant on duty, behind the counter, was extremely nice and funny. The tall dude working was super nice, too. Everyone there was great and seemed like they were working extremely hard. Overall, just give a warning that there is not parking available at this/any location. The staff was great. Can’t say enough good things about them.

the woman working inside was rude to myself and the other customers she helped. I would suggest putting up signage regarding parking at this location... most people, including myself, pulled in and parked at the equipment return because there didn't seem to be additional parking, when I went inside I was told I needed to move my car, I had to ask where I should park as that wasn't clear, apparently there is short term parking along the side of the building this issue could easily be avoided by putting up signage to indicate where to park

Everything was good except for the out side of the truck being really dirty, bird poop and all yucky.

Charged me $25 for minor dust in the back of the RV. The instructions were to sweep clean (I did) and the person helping me with the return said I should have mopped it if there was any remaining dust. That is not what your return policy says. I returned in similar to how I got it. Adding $25 to a $1600 rental is being penny wise and pound foolish I will not use Uhaul again as customer service is clearly not a priority.

The fuel level marked on the contract was wrong, and I didn't realize it until I drove to my initial move out location. I took a photo of the fuel gauge at that time to ensure I get credited properly. This would be partially my fault for not checking it, but at the same time the uHaul agent should also ensure that he/she is putting the right amount of fuel on the contract.
