FIX THE UHAUL.COM/SHARE WEBSITE! Website is extremely glitchy. The last three times I have used it, I was unable to complete certain steps (i.e., unable to track location, unable photo of odometer). I also tried the website on Apple and Android based phones across all popular browsers and kept running into issues. Fix this please.

The uhaul app repeatedly shut down when I was trying to return my vehicle after hours. It wouldn't let me take photos to confirm I had returned my truck. I had to wait on the line for 45 minutes to get a customer assistant to upload the photos for me. It took so long I ended up returning the truck late and being charged extra. It was not a great experience overall.
No parking on site (which was not noted anywhere). And there were cans and bottles in my van when I got in. Obviously hadnt really been cleaned. Will not be going back to that location again.
I have moved with Uhaul 9 times in 10 years. 9 times! I received horrible customer service over the past weekend. I am never one to complain, and totally feel for people who are working at places that put them in situations where they have to be on the receiving end of people complaining about things outside of their own control, but this weekend really left me speechless multiple times. I booked through the 1-800 number. I booked through the 1-800 number, and was told that my pick up time would be 11am. Once I got there at 11, I was told that my appointment was changed in the system to 12:30, and that there was no truck available for me. There was no answer as who initiated the change, when, or why I was never notified. I was confused and asked what had happened, and the person working, who turned out to be the owner, Rogelio, did not give me any explanation, apologize, or assure me that this was something that was not standard for Uhaul customer service. I was told I would have to return, and that if I wanted a van (instead of my original size 15 truck), I could use that. He said that the truck would probably be back sometime around noon and would be ready for me at 12:30. I asked if I could get a call when the truck was ready since I had already made a trip there during my move in day. Time went by, past 12:30, so I decided to return back to the store at 1:00pm. The truck was there, and I was told I could get my rented equipment myself by finding my appliance dolly and furniture pads. I walked out to look for my own appliance dolly and noticed, that the one I had been assigned was not there. I went to go ask, where I could find my dolly, and was told that all dolly's were already given out, and that this happens often because they were so busy, and the earlier reservations take all of the equipment. Seeing how my original reservation was for 11, I felt so confused as to what I could have done differently. My move, those I paid to help me that day, all planned for an 11:00 am move, and my move did not start until 2:00pm because of the truck being delayed, and me having to drive to another Uhaul to pick up a dolly. I should have even question why I was quickly referred to pick up a dolly, but no options were given when my reservation was not honored for the 11:00am truck reservation. Again, this was probably not the fault of any one individual at this first Uhaul place, but no one seemed to express any kind of customer service. I kept feeling like I had done something wrong. People were short with me, took no accountability, and made it seem like my reservation was not valid even though they confirmed that the saw my reservation. The entire process made my move way more stressful than it needed to be, cost me time, and additional money for having to pay my moving help for extended time. I didnt complain in the moment because I knew, at the end of the day, there was no truck or equipment for me. Still, this was not an experience that allows me to rely on this company in the future.
The staff at this location Are arrogant and are not willing to help with questions or concerns. The gas level highlighted on the given paper work did not match with the level in the truck and the guy stated that UHaul doesn't inspect the truck for dents before is given to the Costomer. He stated that a sticker is placed on every dent, which wasn't true, bc truck has a dent without sticker. Then I went back and asked to check the truck, before I pulled the truck out of the premises and he refused to do it, he repeat several times that it was not his job. When I came back to return the truck, I spoke to another Costomer who was returning another truck and she was complaining about her bad experience at this location. The fee charge by UHaul of $20 if you don't do it on line, is a scam, because it's very complicated and I believe it has been created on this way, so Costomer give up the frustration and you guys charge us with additional $20 dollars. Very unhappy with the service at this location!
although I was able to rent the truck I needed at the end, the two associates sitting at the desk showed zero interest in helping me with my reservation at all. I reserved a truck 2 week in advanced to move out the weekend my lease was supposed to end. I get to the location. Provide the information for my reservation and guy at the front desk informs me they don't available the truck I reserved. I need to call â€œthe number on the website so they can check out other locations for trucks availableâ€. Him and his co-worker sitting next to him showed zero effort in helping me at all. I explained to them I needed the truck that day because my lease ends the next day. How come is possible I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead and instead of notify me, at least as a simple courtesy via email, text, phone call, (yes you can use emails to update your customer on the status of their order instead of spamming my inbox with ridiculous marketing email I don't care about). Their only answer to me was â€œit's end of the month. Everyone is movingâ€. I decided to call customer service under the promise according to the guy associate â€œthey are really responsive, they'll pick you your call really quickâ€. 20 mins later and 2 calls disconnected where i didn't even got the chance to speak to a representative, I come back inside with the only idea release the wrath of 100 karens on them. I'm not sure how the owner of the branch got involved because I barely opened my mouth to spit out fire when he was already in front of me getting my information and 5 mins later he gave me the keys of one of the trucks. Thanks to him, I don't rate the service poor because he was diligent to complete my order but both the associates at the front desk and your phone customer service are a nightmare.

The location was understaffed as both employees referenced they were stressed. The vehicle was filthy - I could barely see out the windshield to drive home.

Tell the true about prices
If you allow customers to make reservations online, when a location is chosen, make it more clear that this is only a preferred choice & that if location is changed, notify customer BEFORE their appointment not after scheduled appointment time.I had to take a 2nd Uber to vehicle location that was several miles away.
The truck was sticky From inside and it need to be washed.
