I cannot overemphasize how angry i am at Uhaul. Set an appointment to pick up truck in Hollywood Saturday morning. Received late notification that the truck would be available mid day Saturday in South LA with an incorrect address. Do not trust Uhaul, they will screw it up.

The customer service was terrible. I had made an appointment to get a hitch installed with a trailer attached, they called me 25 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment (at 7:30 am) to inform me they did not have anyone available to do so until later in the afternoon. If they knew they didn't have someone scheduled, call before the day of the appointment to inform your customer. Especially if they are counting on this appointment. Upon arrival, the guy told me, "he'd get to it when he gets to it" rather than keeping to the later appointment or at least explaining to me what was going on. He then couldn't tell me when it would be done and stated, "it will be done when it's done and he'd have it finished by the time they close (6 hours later)". After receiving the call to inform me that they are finished, I arrive with no ball on my hitch and no trailer attached. Again I am stuck waiting for them to follow through with my appointment. When everything is finally finished, he offers for me to pay cash for a good discount... Hmm seems a little off. However after all the inconvenience maybe something like that could have been considered. Overall I would not recommend this location.

Just a shout-out to Gracie who rented me a trailer 2 weeks ago. When I returned it today, she remembered me, and was just superb both times. Friendly, efficient. I have recommended this location to friends, and will definitely continue to do so.

This location gave me a trailer with expired plates. When questioned at the location about the plates, I was told by the employee that they were fine. When i called the national line to ask about the plates, the number of the trailer on my contract did not match the number of the trailer that was put on my car. And the plates were, in fact, expired, resulting in having to visit another location to change out the trailer.

Such PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PEOPLE! TOO EASY because I expected to be miserable and detained but bodda boom bodda bing we were out of there. They check you in with an iPhone and you are on your way. Tracy Roberts is calm, cool, and kind. I grabbed a grip of brochures and gave them to customers at our French Vintage Flea Market right around the corner. I was so impressed our counter guy knew the company's business portfolio. Where did you find these three emplotees? You make our community a better place to live!

The (very old) 6x12 trailer that I rented is NOT roadworthy. The body has separated from the chassis, all the rivets in the front are gone and the body can be lifted from the chassis by about 3/4 of an inch. The doors cannot be closed properly. I fastened the doors closed and they worked their way open on the highway. This trailer should NOT BE ON THE ROAD.

Poor customer service. Workers were not prioritizing helping customers. Focus more on talking on their personal cellphone. Unwilling to do anything more than the bare minimum to assist customers.

The manager was the only person working that morning and she worked very hard to get to all the customers. There were some angry people because they had to wait because someone did not show-up for work but Traci Roberts was perfect. She was helpful, considerate, and sympathetic to the customers needs, overall she works well under pressure. It was a pleasure dealing with a competent employee.

I arrived before my appt. There was one employee there as the other was on his/her lunch break. Just a suggestion it's the first of the month - your store should be fully staffed so your customers don't have to wait.

First, apparently, all pick ups were scheduled for 9 a.m. because the line was exceedingly long and only two representatives were available to assist customers. Upon approaching the counter, the representative explained they were always understaffed in the morning despite this known problem. Then they could not supply me with the equipment I had rented two weeks prior, as they had run out. Moreover, the tank was nearly empty when we got in the truck. It was a very disappointing experience and set my move back several hours. The only good aspect was the representative at the counter. He was incredibly knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns.

Not enough help, had to wait over an hour for truck reserved. No apologies to waiting customers, just excuse or compensation. Young man with dreds, very helpful and professional. I would go back just because of him.

One of the things I did not like is the fact that I had to wait for awhile and Noone was in the store to greet me. When I returned the truck with more gas than before I was told that I don't get a reimbursement . So your company got free gas from me, but you will charge the neXT customer for gas you did not pay for. That's not being responsible to your customers.
