I received my rental with no gas. I was not informed that there was no gas in the vehicle. We had to exit the freeway to get gas. I tried calling to inform them that I received the rental with no gas. I couldn't get through on the phone lines. When I returned the rental the office was closed due to the system being down. Someone could have called me to give me notice. What's the purpose of obtaining my phone number it it's not going to be used in an unusual situation?sherri J.

I had been told I could pickup my rideshare cargo truck at 8am even though the facility was closed. This was in fact not the case. It took longer than normal to get someone on the phone to help me. The customer service rep who transferred my reservation was very nice and accommodating but i wasted an hour+ of my very busy day (moving) that I did not have and had to go into a location when i didn't want to due to covid. I have asked for a credit and was told I would get $50 back. I hope this is honored.Emily F.

From check in to return it was awful. The female associate working was short in response and had a attitude. On check out I went inside and she was then rude and said go out side that guy will help you. Waited 5 minutes for the male worker to come out to go though the process. That took time and then never got notice of a receipt. Overall on a NPS score this is a 2. Never again renting from uhaul and will never recommend anyone I know to rent from uhaul. For 3 hours of rental it was 117. Not worth it at all. Please do read my Yelp review.Wil K.
Our truck was an hour late last reservation. None of the customer service people we spoke to tried to help. It cost me 200 to pay the movers that sat around and waited for the truck for 1.5 hours. I'm appalled. Moving in a pandemic is already bad. I am never, as long as I live EVER using uHaul again.Elijah T.

At pick up, they forgot my utility and furniture dollies, and I'm still on with customer service trying to get it taken off the bill. At drop off, the location was understaffed with only 1-2 people there and it was really busy. The gentleman working clearly didn't feel the 5 ppl in line required urgency, it was also cold. I only wanted help accessing the return my truck option. I did it myself and commented upon check in that I never received my utility or furniture dollies, it's only a big deal because it was a 3dY rental and $51 charge plus tax for something we never received.FRANK F.
Easy in and out. No surprise charges. Travel distance from originally selected PICK UP location to the actual pick up location has caused me to decide to avoid Uhaul at all costs in the future. Uhaul informed me the day before the scheduled pick up that I'd have to travel 85 miles to pick up instead of around the corner. I really don't care about your scheduling excuses. Uhaul knew I'd have to travel this distance when I made the reservation but UHaul has programed the reservation system to not deliver this notice at the time of reservation in order to save the rental. And yes you did save your rental this time, but have lost a future customer in the process. Your notice of an alternative location at reservation is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. You have convinced yourselves it is good enough but it is not . You could have done better and your competitors do. But in any event you have lost a customer.marc L.
