Have enougf staff available to answer the phone instead of playing endless recorded messages. Trucks should be inspected before they are rented out - my truck had obvious issues and should not have been rented. Taking 2 1/2 hours to replace a dead battery is horrendous service, and no offer of compensation for the inconvenience is hard to believe. Tried to do the rtruck return online but the app would not upload the oic of the dashboard.Robert G.
Truck assigned to me on the truck share app was covered in ice and snow 3 days after the snowstorm. I had to clean it all off myself, then they gave the truck I cleaned off to another customer. I also was charged a $95 dollar estimate up front, but My total amount was only $75 after returning the truck early, and I was never compensated for the differenceSteven S.

In one word: Fiasco. Our request for a large truck for a one way move fron Delaware County to Bradford County was full of changing information and conditions. We were told that they would try to get us a 26' truck, but if they couldnt we would get a 20' truck. One and a half days before scheduled pick up we were told no large trucks were available. We were then promised a 15' truck. Onarrival at the scheduled pickup time, we were then told they had no 15' trucks available unless we went to another location. This was at 7:30 am the day of our move when we had already arranged through MoveHelp for a two man crew to help load for 2 hours STARTING at 7:30. The other location for a 15' truck doesn't open until 9:30! We asked about two 10' trucks and were then told that we could get 2 10" trucks but only one of them would be a one way move... the other would have to be returned to the pickup location. We tried to resolve the issue at Williamsport PA when we turned in the first truck, but Traffic Management called the pickup location and told us there was nothing they could do. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the GM of the pickup location and an unwillingness to try to help the customer. To add salt to the wound, on our return to the place we were moving from, there a phone message timestamped at 10:30 am ON THE DAY OF OUR MOVE telling us about the unavailability of a 15' truck!! We are totally dissatisfied with our experience and will never use UHaul again!Charles T.

Make it cheaper. Went to get the van at 4pm. Had to wait for guy who was helping another customer on the phone. Didn't get out of there fast enough. Brought it back, on time, but took a while returning it via phone. Was using data, but page got lost anyway and had to start over again on the return process.Suellen F.

The biggest issue was the truck that was guaranteed wasn't available so I had to go with another truck. I did not get the $50 reservation guarantee or a credit of some sort taken off the bill. Can you help with this and some sort of credit? Other than that. The two guys at the Uhual were very professional, friendly, and gave good customer service. Made everything easy.Christopher F.

Requested to rent blankets and hand truck. Service desk person stated they did not have any available. Truck had tire pressure message. Truck ran well. Returned that evening around 7:30. Store was open but service desk person no where around. Knocked On door to back room. We waited about 10 minutes and knocked on door to back room again. I waited over an hour and 20 minutes to pick up my truck, I was 3rd in line when I got there. There was only one person doing everything, moving trucks, handling the front of the store, gathering blankets, attaching towing, it was pouring out and he was all over the place. It was the last weekend of the month and everyone was moving, there should have been more people on staff. In addition, my truck had the check engine light on the whole time, I was not going back into the store to talk about it because I only had the truck till 11:30am and my pickup time was 7:30, I got there at 7:15am, and I didn't get into the truck until 8:45am. I turned the truck off to load it at my house and when I went to turn it back on, it was completely dead, it didn't make a single noise when turning the key over. For over an hour I waited for someone to answer the phone, the automation kept saying â€œyour wait will be more than 15 minutesâ€. I finally hung up and got a jump from a person driving by. So I paid for 4 hours but was only able to use the truck for 2. Horrible experience.ELIZABETH A.

I made the original reservation at this location and the gentleman was extremely informative and helpful. Unfortunately the truck wasn't available and I was given 3 different locations to pick up the truck. The experience was absolutely horrible and it was not the vault of the location. It was the rude and ignorant people in the scheduling department who screwed up my entire move. These people need to be trained better on real customer service and they need to speak better to customers.Wayne B.

So after i moved, i had to turn around and drive all the way back to return the truck. I also asked to use a handtruck, and was given one with a broken strap so it was unable to be used. I was not given the truck that I was promised. Originally wanted a 20 ft truck, was called and advised the biggest that they had was a 17 ft truck and when we went to pick it up I was given a 15 ft truck. I also ordered 2 dollies and only was provided with 1. When I called to extend the time i was given a bit of a hard time, even after explaining that i was given a significantly smaller truck. The individuals at the U-Haul where I picked up the van were not wearing masks when they encountered customers and did not observe social distancing. Uhaul's entire operation is beyond terrible. But you are one of the only games in town so you do nothing to actually live up to any promises you make. Trucks you advertise are not available ever. Missing equipment, poorly maintained, but you keep pushing that vehicle protection using scare tactics in your process. Change it or prepare to be sued.JANELL M.
