we reserved a truck for 8 AM for pick up. It was not ready. we had to wait over an hour outside. Customer service said I don’t know what to tell you. I’m extremely upset.

ELSI CUhaul moved my rental 20 miles outside of where I needed it to be. The trailer was dirty on pickup. The trailer leaked, and not just a little... a lot.

Daniel SOnly 4 out of 5 stars. One clerk was annoyed that he had customers on a Sunday morning. The lady that waited on me was nothing but polite. The guy was almost hostile that he had to actually do work on a Sunday at 9 AM.
DANIEL FI rented the U-Haul at 8:00 AM in the morning on 27 June and they had an inappropriate podcast on the speakers in the store (Steve Harvey podcast ) talking aboult women sleeping with women breaking up with other women and also threesomes . I actually walked out of the store. It was so bad.

Jomathan RI ordered a flat dolly but when I got there none to be found. I had to purchase one. Maybe they could have given me a discount on the purchase. I ordered the truck and dolly in advance.
jodi fOur first U-Haul they tried to give us had a 'check engine' light on, when we brought it to their attention they said it was fine. Prior to leaving the lot we noticed the AC didn't work at all and we asked if we could switch it out for another. The 2nd U-Haul luckily had working AC, but it reeked of cigarette smoke.

LINDA HThe mobile pick up process did not work at all like it was supposed to The links did not work on the website. The truck they assigned was parked in and we had to call customer service - which did not pick up right away and had to wait on hold. Then on the phone with customer service for 30+ minutes trying all different codes and walking around the lot looking for a vehicle to use. It was a terrible experience. The customer service agent was kind and helpful, but I should not have had to use them if the process work the way it was supposed to. Very disappointed in the mobile pick up process.
JUDITH DOld model (1980’s) 5x8 single axle trailer was not best suited for my long distance haul. Although well packed, poor suspension and rough roads resulted in breakage of several items.
Peter DAs usual, the service person didn't greet me or acknowledge me when I arrived. I wasn't even sure if he worked there. I had to ask him if he worked there. And as usual, I had to ask where the truck was located in the lot - he said I had to look for it by matching the number. I'm just looking for a basic service standards. Makes renting a truck a painful experience.

Dominic SReceived two double charges on credit card. One for estimated mileage given and that one was credited back. Then received another double charge for the actual mileage. Contacted agent and he said it’s a common issue and that the 2nd double charge should be credited back on the next business day. 4 charges for this rental is very confusing. I should just recieive one charge for the proper rental terms and mieage.
Bill GI used the app for pick-up and return. It would have helped if there was an illustrated guide to view beforehand just to speed things up. I figured it out pretty easily, but it would be a time-saver if I knew what to expect.

james cThe back hatch button for the walking ramp was stuck and didn’t work at all. I reached out for a partial refund with no response. The process was long and ridiculous. The amount of money for the rental was astronomical. Uhaul is awful.

Shujaa SCustomer service very poor, I chose this location for the convenience and I would never do that again. The truck we received first had a literal hole in it. Thank you to the male representative for providing a new truck but there was a slight issue with that too. A lot going on.
