There was only one person serving customers, I would think for sucurity & safety reasons you would want two people on property. As long as you are the customer being served, great device!

You should not pretend like your prices are as low as they are. it makes it sound like you can rent a vehicle for 20 or $30 when in reality it is three or four times that price

However I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone. Your ridiculous ‘traffic team’ or whatever the hell that is rescheduled my pickup to be at a location that was closed. Wasted an hour of my Time running around to find a different place. You guys used to be good with reservations, now you guys just look like morons.

The siphon cap was missing when we checked out the truck, and we spilled fuel for three miles till we arrived at our first stop. Then we had to wait till the repair truck arrived. This delay eliminated our ability to complete our runs and because of this we ended upside down financially. Overall a wasted day!

When I got there to pickup the trailer at 11:00 am on Friday, there was only one employee to help people - I was fourth in line. This is a slow process. After about 40 minutes and being the next in line, a second employee showed up and processed me in a "normal" amount of time.

I have used this location twice and each time the agents have been courteous and efficient when serving me. Each time they have been busy and only one agent but I assume there are also periods when one individual is enough.

This was the worst move as far as coordinating a hitch installation and pick up of equipment. I should have used any other do it yourself moving company. This will be the last time I use uhaul.

I returned my truck after hours and had a heck of a time checking it back in because of issues with internet connection. I even connected to the U-Haul WiFi, but it took 5 times before I could get the odometer picture to load, which is frustrating after moving a bunch of furniture. After that not too bad, but if internet fails that can be a big problem.

When the reservation gets changed to a different location due to not having the requested trucks, make sure someone actually calls the customer to let them know. When the customer shows up at the original location unaware and you do nothing at all to help make things right, you've lost a customer for any future needs. Not even the 1-800 number offered anything in apology. very very poor customer service.

Rented pickup that had no fuel and that was ok as station was next door. Fuel pipe was partly blocked and could only get a small amount of gas in 20 minutes of trying. Overall was ok as I got my job done and location and prices were excellent.

I have always rented from this location, however your new staff was not very friendly and not professional. The truck was not driving well, sounds like maybe gears were slowly going out to maybe transmission. Also I was there at 7:03 pm the staff was just be leaving and I have never been changed for being late within this time period. I won't be using this location again. Not happy Patricia Jones

Both employees were extremely personable and didn’t try to upsell anything; actually felt like they cared about our experience and were extremely informative. I like this location as a whole, but the one thing I was not happy with, was the bill I received for the rental fees. The bill was supposed to have been paid when the uhaul was returned. Money was given to the person returning it, in order to pay the bill! The fact that uhaul would allow someone to walk away with a promise to pay the bill without contacting me first, I don't think is right!! Now I'm out the money given for the uhaul rental, and I still have to pay the uhaul bill because she promised uhaul I would pay the bill at a later date!! I just don't agree that uhaul would allow people to promise to pay on behalf of another person!! Had I known that uhaul would allow that, I would have never given her the money to pay the bill, and would have come in the next day to pay the bill myself!

Please confirm I reserved a trailer from the 24th of December to the 26th of December Haley was the return it by 5 p.m. on the 26th I received phone calls on the 24th and 25th threatening if I didn't bring back the trailer that they would report it stolen very unprofessional it was clearly reserved for 2 days including the holiday but people still called me multiple times threatening if I didn't bring it back by 5 on the 24th..they again would call police. I will not be renting ever again..

The outside of the car was dirty which doesn't matter quite so much if it can't be washed, but inside, the seats were just covered in dog or pet hair which got all over our clothes. Was taking my 88 year old mother on my Uhaul errands and she was sneezing from all the dog dander, so the inside could have used a clean out, or at least sweep it out or blow it out when animals have been in the vans.

I was told the vehicle had 1/2 a tank of gas, it had only 3/8. The return agent was nice enough to let me off, but told me I should have taken a photo of the gas gauge. Also, this vehicle had automatic locking door. I've never rented a truck with this feature before and, of course, locked myself out of the van. There should be a sticker on the driver window that all doors are auto lock.

Have the truck cleaned and functioning properly. It was extremely difficult to get the truck to go into reverse. And, it was struggling to accelerate.

I have to complain about this '5/16ths gas gauge' silliness. Why would you require something that is so arbitrary and difficult to achieve? The human eye cannot estimate 5/16ths on those gas gauges with any degree of accuracy. "Refer to contract" to estimate how much gas is extremely inconvenient. Why on Earth would you not do what every other automobile renter does and give the vehicle to the customer with a full tank and require that they return it full? As it was, I had to estimate the amount of gas I used, then try to check the gauge by turning the key without engaging the engine, it didn't register so I needed to put the nozzle back, then turn on the truck to check. It was at exactly 1/4 tank. So what? Get out of the truck, re-run my credit card, try to put in like 1/2 gallon of gas and hope that's far enough above 1/4 , or have to go through the entire process another time? It's so ridiculous. Compare that to simply putting the nozzle in and filling until it clicks off. And finally, because I am too irritated by this point to go through all that, $9 extra because the needle was not quite above 1/4. How does this make any sense to anyone? One is left with the suspicion that this policy is simply a way to make people put in more gas than they used or to be able to charge $9 more than the advertised price. Very sleazy.

They charged me for fuel that they should not have charged. I am assuming they overcharge customers whenever they can. I put in 3 Gallons of fuel for 18 miles and they charged me $10 for not re-fueling at the proper level. I will never go back to this location.

The check out process was very frustrating. Information I provided while reserving online was asked of me again in store. The agent (Andrew) even tried to add the insurance charges that I had declined online. Overall Andrew’s attitude could have been better. I also don’t like that the sales tax is not shown in the cost when reserving online.
