I checked in online moments before arriving. Staff said that I didn't and that there was no record of my check in. Maybe a system error? Took photos of my ID 6 hours before, and then right before, and the lady at the counter still needed to take photos of my ID.Zua C.

I got a dirty vehicle, I was asked to park my Mercedes on the street after I saw an employee take the last parking spot and I was called in a rude manner to return the truck after I had already returned it hours before. This location needs some customer service training and the employees should park their vehicles on the street to leave spaces for the customer to park!!!! Train the staff better at handling unusual situations on the computer. Also my last 3 rentals your system wouldn't let me upload pictures of my driver's license so i couldn't do the mobile pick up. Each time took so long to finnaly get my rental. The Broadway location in Sacramento is still the best though and I will continue to go there. The manager does a great jobFRANCK S.

Correct your website and/or equipment to reflect the actual item that you are going to get. We reserved a 5' X 9' motorcycle trailer only to find out you had a basic 5' X 9' utility trailer at the facility and I was stuck with the smaller 4' X 9' motorcycle trailer! The Staff at the Broadway location are very professional and highly recommended.David T.
This was a horrible experience using Uhaul as my primary service to help with my moving process. 1. The person attending me took about 30 minutes to gain all my information that was already asked and answered on the uhaul website. 2. When leaving with my uhaul truck I was stopped by a uhaul personal saying that something was wrong and I couldn't drive away. So I had to wait another 15 minutes so I can get my truck swapped for a new one that is drive-able. 3. Last is my locations were changed without my knowledge and consent to further inconvenient locations. Both adding up an hour further away from my pick up and drop off uhaul truck.EDUARDO F.

Please make sure employees/managers get to work on time. I had a reservation at 7am when the location i used open and drove off the lot at 8am! No one was there at 7. Casually came around 7:35 and said he had computer issues. It cost me a job and lost hundreds of dollars because i was late. I've never had any issues with that location nor with Uhaul and will continue to use your services, i understand things like these happen but I hope you will make it up to me somehow. Today turned into a nightmare because of that situation.FRANCK S.

When someone orders a tool to help them move..... it would be great to have that said tool. Did not get that utility dolly to assist with the move at pick up which made the overall move difficult!I paid for it ad well. Be more upfront about the charges. I went over my estimated mileage by 18 miles and returned it with more gas in the than than I received, but the end charge was about $100 more than the estimate. I feel like there should have been a better and more thorough explanation.Christopher B.

Fill the gas tank rather than have the customer guess how many gallons to add for return. Add too much and there is no reimbursement. Add too little and customer gets charged. But U-Haul already knows this and profits from it.Ronald A.

Please check my order number and reference the women working on Monday morning at the counter, she was a rude and condescending employee, she may have been the leader of the establishment, she was "boyish" in appearance and was curt and short with everyone. The young man outside working was the HERO of that location. It was around 730am, if she is the Leader there, she is not doing you any good. She was working on a car in the garage that morning.Roy G.
