They did not have the equipment (dollies) I requested that I needed and was depending on to move. Do not ask me and reserve them for me on the form if you have no intentions of honoring the reservation. Perhaps they just had an off day.

Brad HU-Haul will gladly take your money, but don’t expect decent service. My experience was nothing but stress, delays, and excuses. They charged me without hesitation, but when it came to actually providing reliable equipment or helpful support, they completely failed. The customer service was dismissive, the equipment was poorly maintained, and every step of the process felt like I was fighting to get the bare minimum I paid for. Never again. I’ll take my business anywhere else before I deal with U-Haul another time.

PIERRE PThere were no issues with the U-Haul staff. The movers is another story as they broke items and dropped a box of fragile items but took no responsibility for any of it.

JUSTIN HDidn't tell me they do intown and out own now and didn't know I had a red tag one and had to bring it back from Madison and was charged and extra $48 for a literally a hair off the gas and 6 miles over WTF that was dead wrong and will NEVER go back to this location again ...Boooo!!!

William sLocation is hard to turn in to against traffic on a very busy street . The computer system was down but receipt came by email very quickly. There were no additional charges but if there had been a wit would have been difficult to dispute

Steven PDifference in Quote and what I paid. Never really got an answer as to why. Also was not told that I should check my text Messages for added instructions before I left. Dicovered it later and link was expired.They told me I could leave after they took a picture of the hitch that was it.

Bo ETruck was reserved for Brentwood. Got switched a couple of days before. What’s the point of a reservation. When I got there dollys we had reserved were not there. Started to walk out and saw they had other dolly’s. Clerk never offered. Really did not want to rent to me. Finally got them. Most unpleasant experience from U-Haul.

brian lMy scheduled drop off location had a disconnected phone number and no one to help… I found a drop off location at Waveland Furniture, 937 Hwy 90, Waveland MS 39576 with Mr Dan Marine… Mr Dan accepted my truck with no problem…He was very polite, respectful, friendly and very helpful with my messy paperwork… I will be a repeat customer for any and all U-Haul needs with Mr Dan and will recommend his facility to everyone…Again, thank you Mr Dan for all your help!

They both spent extra time to prove I was not responsible for the damage to the truck I had rented. They did not have to do that, but they did because they are fine men and simply wanted the truth and wanted to help me. Thank you, Trey and Landon!

LANDON DDo not go to this location if you plan on dropping off equipment after hours. System was not working. Had to go to a further location to drop off.
