The door on the passenger’s side I had to slam really hard for it to close, everything else was perfect, including the man from Jackson, MS that helped me return the U-Haul today, Monday June 8.

We arrived shortly after they opened at 7am and were out of there with trailer in tow within 10 minutes. And we even had to wait briefly as the family in front of us was helped. This was the most efficient location I’ve been in and I’ve used U-Haul for all 5 of my moves within the last 9 years. I was rescheduled at this location because my usual didn’t have the equipment available but will always go here in the future even with it being a little farther away from me than the others. And when we returned the trailer, they had it disconnected before we were even able to get out of the car. Thank you to Raymond and your team for making the process easy and seamless. So in summary, I highly recommend!

I cannot believe how antiquated the computer system is for U-Haul. I had to wait well over an hour because the computer kept crashing. I feel for the hard-working guys behind the counter that have to put up with this every day. The guys at this location are an exceptional crew. U-Haul needs to do something about bringing their computer system up-to-date. Totally ridiculous.

They forgot my moving mats I paid for - said they would credit my account back - and didn’t. Employee was pretty bad, bad attitude, didn’t want to be there “his words”.. and was overall pretty bad impression of the location - owner was good tho

Check-in was very slow due to the system. I already had a reservation and uploaded my license; it should’ve been a quick in and out but it ended up being an hour wait to get the truck. Drop off was much improved I was able to just pull in and hand my keys over.

The return location was 25 miles away from my home. There is a U-haul location 4 miles away from my home which was the location I requested for the return when I booked the rental. I had to travel 42 miles further to drop off the toy hauler. This is horrible customer service.

U-Haul smelled like someone had been hauling animals in it. Had water inside as well. Pick up got moved to another location 30 mins away & they also switch the drop off location. Inconvenience on multiple things & offered no compensation.

Called in to there to explain I was going to be a few hours late that I was still coming. And they canceled the rental and then jacked the rate on me when I threw a fit they magically found my old rental and then comped me the original detail. Just rude and the truck has a bunch of sand in the back

I returned the truck after hours and the parking lot was so full that I had a hard time entering the lot and finding a place to park the 26' truck. Also, they charged me for fuel and I had to call U-Haul to get it refunded.

Amazing employees, hubby dropped off through the app right after closing hours, accidentally forgot his lock key on the truck key after dropping it in the return box and a very kind employee who hadn’t left yet got it out for him.

First, I was sent to this U-Haul that was 20 minutes away from where I lived. There is a U-Haul 30 seconds away from me, but at 7 AM they called me and told me that my truck would not be available. I then had to Uber 20 minutes away to get my U-Haul. When I got to the other location, they told me they did not have dollies available after saying that I needed them for the movers. They found one from another reservation to give to me. I now had to pay for mileage for 20 minutes due and from when all I had to do was go a block down the street initially.

Fast checkin and checkout. Specific cargo van i needed was available. Friendly staff. Only negative is the truck was not really cleaned from last use. Would recommend this location.

Way too expensive. I went 30 miles over what was expected and was charged $50. 30 miles of driving costs $50?!?! That’s crazy.

I honestly had no issues, it was easy to find, only issue I had was with the app picking up the truck I had to restart it to take the original pictures but other than that no issues. Everything was easy and when I had to switch pickup locations, they gave me an extra 15 miles to make up for it which was really nice. Drop off was easy too.

Poor management!! I scheduled to pick up my U-Box but when my local movers came in they were told that the U-BOX was not ready and the store staff said he could not move the U-Box out of storage.
