I turned the truck in 2 days early, they meet you outside and they told me I was good to go, asked if I wanted an email or paper receipt, I said email was fine. Then I get a charge on my card for an extra day rental. They are claiming I turned it in late, when I turned it in early. I picked the truck up Friday at 1pm and turned it in on Saturday about 5:30pm. They are saying it was turned in closer to 2pm on Monday. Not possible since I was back in MD and at work at 8am Monday. I emailed uhaul about this and still have not got a response.Grace S.

The manager Travis and his staff were outstanding!! I had some trouble finding the place because I was from out of town and did not know the area. I got my truck and trailer in a tight spot where I couldn't maneuver it and they came and got me. They were so polite and professional and really went the extra mile For me. On September 23, 2021, there was one sales representative that went out of his way to upset a few customers. For example: A customer was being served by another Rep. He took over the terminal without giving a reason, and he did not excuse himself. He kept the customer waiting for almost 20 minutes at the counter. About 15 minutes during the wait, he started to whistle in front of the customer, no mask during this time of COVID. When the customer asked him to stop, the U-HAUL rep said to the customer that he can go into another line and wait.Robert Scott B.

I panicked when I went to return the vehicle. There was no room left in the two return lanes to park. The app was no help in telling me where to go either. I instead backed the vehicle back into the same area from which I took it that morning and just hoped that I would not incur a penalty for returning it to that spot.Patrick S.

Too much hassle. I had reserved a truck online. Upon arrival, I was told that the truck that had been assigned to me wasn't available. I would have to take a smaller truck for the same price. I had to discuss the details with the manager. After about an hour, I was finally on my way. The furniture pads were soaking wet. Apparently they had been left either in the rain, or stored in a damp location.Dempsey B.

In general, I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. They have me a locked in quote when I reserved my rental, then charged me about 400 dollars more, which we have been told by customer service that the extra fees should not have been charged, yet they haven't been refunded. Then upon drop off, uhaul charged us another 206 for extra rental fees that shouldn't be. We were told we had 2 extra free days, due to the storm and an accident on the way and that we were able to drop off in a different location, with no extra fees, being that it was half the miles we paid for and more fuel in the truck than when received. Not using them again. I'll go with perspective in the future. At first glance, they seem more expensive, but adding all of the extra fees that should not have been added, it equals out to be what penile quoted me. I have friends that have had the same issues with uhaul.jennifer S.

I rented a furniture dolly and they didn't have any. They offered one but they were very sure that I had to bring it back etc. would be great if they had availability etc online. Otherwise not a bad experience but not above average either.Mary S.

I reserved a 17 â€˜ truck a week in advance. When I arrived. They didn't have one. One of the employees said the website is always renting trucks they don't have available. When I returned my 10 â€˜ a week later, another couple was picking up their truckâ€¦they did t have it available again.GENE R.

The pick up went smoothly. I would like to suggest a slightly greater emphasis on customer education at the time of hooking up the trailer. When I dropped off the trailer in Ohio, I learned that the fenders on the auto transport fold down. It allows for the customer to open the doors on a car before/after it has been loaded. This would've been wonderful information to have at the time of loading and unloading the car. It would have prevented me from crawling my fat, ignorant ass through the truck of the car to get in and out. Toyota doesn't allow a great deal of room for dumb, fat people to crawl through the backseat to access the driver seat. Though my Bo and Luke Duke impression is on point, crawling through the windows on modern cars is more difficult than it was a 1969 Dodge Charger.Christophert P.
Our one day move turned into a 3 day nightmare and the people at this location made this part of the move so easy. I wish I had specific names, but over the course of 3 days I feel in safe in saying that everyone that works at this location is amazing in terms of customer service. I had scheduled the use of a 15 ft. truck, for Saturday August 28, online. Upon talking with man at counter, he said they didn't have me listed as a pick up in the computer. I don't know what the problem was, or the cause, but he was able to give me a truck. So I am appreciative of that, but what was the problem with truck reservation??????Lisa B.

I had reserved the truck for 4 hours and when I went to get my truck the gentleman said 4 hours? and I said maybe not that long so he cut my time down to 1.75 minutes. Knowing I wasn't going to make it in that amount of time, I called back and was charged for my quoted price. When I returned the truck, I was again charged for everything all over again! Now I have to make a trip back down to UHAUL during my busy week (I'm getting married Friday!) and take care of this. ðŸ¥µAnna H.

I was charged an after hours fee for returning my car transport after hours. I tried to use the online return system, but it kept telling me that it couldn't determine my location. I want my money back for the after hour charge.JOHN W.
I was charged 20.00 when I had it on time. But it was closed. When you're not computer literate it is difficult to bring back after hours. Didn't understand what to do electronically. There surely has to be a better way when returning a truck after hours.Bobbie S.

When I turn the vehicle and I told him that when I was using the towing package the engine was raving to 5500 RPMs going downhill at 60 to70 miles an hour I lost my Dexcom receiver possibly in the truck and when I went back over there they had re-rented the vehicleCURTIS G.
