RICHARD RThe customer service attendant at pick had the personality demeanor of a wet brick. I had already decided to rent elsewhere in the future based on his attitude. Fortunately, the young man that checked me back in was the complete opposite - very courteous, personable and friendly. I will give this location another try based on the return experience.
Mark CContract states the fuel tank must be filled to a minimum of 1/4 tank. The van was picked up with 1/4 tank of fuel. This ensures there will be more gas in the tank at drop off than when picked up. This is a scam. I’m considering talking to an attorney to file a class action law suit. THE TANK SHOULD BE FULL AT PICKUP.
Julie HWas not met at equipment return by staff. Waited as sign requested, no one arrived. Entered store to find three employees looking at their phones. Granted, it was a slow time, late on a weekend day. After I walked in, staff immediately assisted, and were most polite and helpful. But, this didn't serve to wrap up an otherwise flawless rental experience.

The truck lost air conditioning halfway through the move. Poor management. Poor customer service and poor communication with your companies.

Susan KI’m not fond of the single strap on the auto transport trailers. I’d much rather see the straps that “cage” the wheel with straps that go around the sidewalls as well as over the center of the tread. There’s a reason rollback tow trucks use that style instead of a single strap over the tread

TRACI fI picked up the U-Haul and the car Hauler in Texas to move to Richmond, Kentucky upon arriving in Richmond, Kentucky. My apartment was not ready having family and Huntington. I called U-Haul to tell them I was gonna bring the car Hauler and the truck to Huntington and return it. They quoted me $400 when I got to U-Haul in Huntington at that time they told me I owed them 887$ more dollars… I contacted corporate. I was advised by Barb that Tristan would contact me in 48 hours. It’s been five days and I have not heard from Tristan. I contacted U-Haul again today to try to reach Barb, who was unavailable to be towed by another lady that Ed would be reaching out to me by the end of the week by Friday so again they dropped the ball last week. They dropped a ball again this week now they’ve put me off till Friday again and just tonight a collection agency for U-Haul has already began calling my phone telling me that I owe them $887 from my move my move that cost me 1700 from Texas to Richmond, Kentucky and then if you just go onto U-Haul app and try to get the same equipment, a 20 foot truck and a car hauler to go from Richmond Kentucky to go to Huntington West Virginia. It is only $400 so how is it? They want to charge me 900. But they quoted me 400.
Pamela CMy only complaint was they gave me a 95$ credit to take the truck and trailer 30 miles away but raised the price $100 from what my only quote was. So in all honesty it was not different.
Terry JThe vans smelled like smoke. The tires were low and the sensors were on showing low air in tire. Customer service was horrible. And the mileage on top of the rent is ridiculous

Wikus JClean and quick process. Only thing I would improve is someone coming out to meet you, or add to the "park here for returns" sign that you needed to go into. It was not clear what the process was after I stopped, not a big deal. After I walked in, I was unhooked, checked out and on my way in 5 minutes.

Chealie WInstructions for pickup were inaccurate, leading to me having to drive between two different lots across the street from each other looking for my truck. This problem is irritating and unsafe for people picking up outside of normal business hours in the dark.

Marguerite WTruck was clean but in very poor condition. Windows got stuck , several lights on the dash were on . No AC in the truck and there was no ramp on the truck either making things a little more difficult to load .

Paul PI originally scheduled pick up at this location weeks in advance. Did before the pickup this location requested that I change the pick up location to barboursville. I would have to do an online pickup instead of in store. When I went up pick up the uhaul I found out from customer service that the appointment was placed for in store and the location didn't open for many hours later. The customer service rep then offered to look for another location nearby to see if they had the vehicle I ordered. They sent me back to the original location where I initially placed the order. Customer service representative offered me a 50 dollar discount for the error that I never recieved.

Andrea HOnly thing was fuel tank on empty & half to go get fuel to do what I rented unit for was inconvenient & wrong even though adjustment was made on return of 1/4 tank! Other than that it was fine!
