Only issue was I pulled out onto the highway look at the gas gauge and it was below empty. Had to put gasoline it the truck. Was afraid I was going to run out of full on the highway.

Jennifer WIt took too long to check out the truck...over twenty five minutes. There was no heat in the office...it was freezing cold. I ordered moving blankets, but was told on arrival none were available. The computer system should have known this.

Molly SExtremely helpful, friendly and professional. The weather was freezing and the area was full of cleared snow mounds which made the lot a little crowded but the Uhaul crew took the time to make sure the truck was warmed up and ready to go.
Minja GThey way over charged me for gas completely incorrectly. Stealing money from people. Now I have to waste time disputing and fighting until they do the right thing.
JULIAN AVery chaotic, not clear instructions, unfriendly staff. I was given the truck with 6% fuel. I had to stop for gas before I started and of course at the end. I made sure the car had the same amount of fuel when I returned it and they charged me for refueling as if it was empty. If you yourself consider that to be empty, why would you give it to customers like that in the first place then?
Kennaz KEverything about the rental was fine with one huge exception. When I picked up the truck, the fuel level showed the gas was only 1/4 full. I drove the car 9 miles in total but was charged $55.35 for 12 gallons of gas. I sent a note back with photos of the before and after gas levels and mileage, but have not heard a response. If this is not fixed, I will refuse the charge on my credit card and file a complaint with chamber of commerce and the Attorney General‘s office.

RICARDO RMore efficient in the behavior of.the customer first, because thats why they worked there. The customer just want a place to get the service they paid it for.
PEDRO LRented a trailer. Staff hooked me up in a spot where I couldn’t get out. Had to disconnect and manually move the trailer out to get it out. Also I came back after hours and the front entrance was blocked by a U-Haul truck so I couldn’t return.

John SThis wasn't not the place I picked to drop off the U-Haul. I picked 5654 Columbia Pike , Falls Church VA which was only 1.4 miles from my sons new place. When he got there the staff was very rude and said they didn't know it was being dropped off there. They wouldn't take it and sent him to 1107 W Broad St Falls Church which was 20 minutes away. They really didn't want to take it but they did. My main complaint is my son fulled the truck like we were told but I was charged the gas to go to the place I didn't pick. It wasn't our fault they refused the truck and I don't think I should have been charged for it.

OMAR RNothing - this was a great experience from start to finish. Easy to reserve, the store employees were kind, competent, and kept a calm but efficient atmosphere during the busy pick up time. We thought we had a problem with our starter, and roadside assistance was great, too (and thankfully we didn’t need assistance!). I would recommend this store.

kathy rI was only renting locally, doing 8 miles, but my truck only had 40 miles until empty. That was a huge turn off. IDK why you'd rent trucks with that little of gas in them!

arun kNot sure the person that was working my pick up and delivery but he was working by himself and killing it. Multi people in line he was very professional hooking up equipment taking care of customers. I personally helped a couple of customers trying to help him. Just wanted to send out a kudos to him.

Frank IThere are day laborers who ask fairly aggressively for work from customers. Require the employee who checks the truck back in look at the interior of the truck before the customer leaves to tell them they are being charged a cleaning fee. I swept the inside of the truck so was very surprised by the $25 fee. The truck smelled like a farm when I picked it up.
WADE BCheck out was a total disaster with all the verification I had decided to give up on ever renting from U-Haul again but with the help of store manager everything went smoothly, if I could she deserves 5 plus stars for her customer service,she is definitely an access to your company and should be well rewarded..
RICHARD GI was told the day of rental to pickup at different location 6+ miles away from original pickup and returned the truck 24 hours early and still got charged for 5 extra miles - very unfair in my opinion.
CREIGHTON HThey are lazy, the gas tank was not full, kind of half, I used the 15' truck for 21 miles round trip, they charged me for 10 gallons of gas, which means 2 miles per gallon unheard of, the cargo was not heavy and the terrain was flat no uphill. Also they charged me a fee for $ 30.00 dollars to fill up the tank, but according to the employee Jasmin, with whom I spoke today she stated that another customer picked up that same truck with a quarter of gas tank which means, if I believe her, they did not take that truck to the gas station to fill up or ad gas to the tank but they still are charging me a fee for $30.00.
RUSTEM MThe sole person there barked at me like I was an insect from the moment I walked in the door. Terrible person with an awful attitude. She should be fired.

MIGUEL ZThey charged me $400 for cleaning fee and damages for no reason. Truck was left with good condition and there were no damages. When called, the person was not able to explain the charges and gave me a number for his supervisor and supervisor number was no reply. Is this some kind of a game? Please refund my $350. This is the first time I had this kind of problem with Uhaul in last 25 years.
Badal GI was impressed with how well this location is organized. It has been years since I’ve rented a truck. It is nice to see they have adopted the customer friendly practices of rental car companies regarding online reservations and paperless drop-off.
Jack JExcellent customer service. The 9-foot van was very clean and well maintained. Checking out and check in were very easy. If needed, I would use this location again.

Mark gasking the customer to use your broken app to check in equipment. doing your job should come with a salary. not only are you being cheap, the irony is you're spending more on a software devs. where did your c-suite get their mba's a tier one school or were they just legacy admissions to an ivy?
