Nothing - this was a great experience from start to finish. Easy to reserve, the store employees were kind, competent, and kept a calm but efficient atmosphere during the busy pick up time. We thought we had a problem with our starter, and roadside assistance was great, too (and thankfully we didn’t need assistance!). I would recommend this store.

kathy rI was only renting locally, doing 8 miles, but my truck only had 40 miles until empty. That was a huge turn off. IDK why you'd rent trucks with that little of gas in them!

arun kNot sure the person that was working my pick up and delivery but he was working by himself and killing it. Multi people in line he was very professional hooking up equipment taking care of customers. I personally helped a couple of customers trying to help him. Just wanted to send out a kudos to him.

Frank IThere are day laborers who ask fairly aggressively for work from customers. Require the employee who checks the truck back in look at the interior of the truck before the customer leaves to tell them they are being charged a cleaning fee. I swept the inside of the truck so was very surprised by the $25 fee. The truck smelled like a farm when I picked it up.
WADE BCheck out was a total disaster with all the verification I had decided to give up on ever renting from U-Haul again but with the help of store manager everything went smoothly, if I could she deserves 5 plus stars for her customer service,she is definitely an access to your company and should be well rewarded..
RICHARD GI was told the day of rental to pickup at different location 6+ miles away from original pickup and returned the truck 24 hours early and still got charged for 5 extra miles - very unfair in my opinion.
CREIGHTON HThey are lazy, the gas tank was not full, kind of half, I used the 15' truck for 21 miles round trip, they charged me for 10 gallons of gas, which means 2 miles per gallon unheard of, the cargo was not heavy and the terrain was flat no uphill. Also they charged me a fee for $ 30.00 dollars to fill up the tank, but according to the employee Jasmin, with whom I spoke today she stated that another customer picked up that same truck with a quarter of gas tank which means, if I believe her, they did not take that truck to the gas station to fill up or ad gas to the tank but they still are charging me a fee for $30.00.
RUSTEM MThe sole person there barked at me like I was an insect from the moment I walked in the door. Terrible person with an awful attitude. She should be fired.

MIGUEL ZThey charged me $400 for cleaning fee and damages for no reason. Truck was left with good condition and there were no damages. When called, the person was not able to explain the charges and gave me a number for his supervisor and supervisor number was no reply. Is this some kind of a game? Please refund my $350. This is the first time I had this kind of problem with Uhaul in last 25 years.
Badal GI was impressed with how well this location is organized. It has been years since I’ve rented a truck. It is nice to see they have adopted the customer friendly practices of rental car companies regarding online reservations and paperless drop-off.

VALERIE SI picked up the vehicle which only had 1/4 tank of gas, I returned the vehicle with exactly the same amount of gas but was charged for gas and a gas fee. I rented a u-haul less than a year ago with no issues at all. Maybe don’t sacrifice honest customer service for optimized profits. I would never use your service again if I had the option. Congratulations.
JASON RA little bit of a stressful location. I know everyone's busy, so I guess I'm not surprised. But even when I've been super busy at work, I've been polite to customers. The staff just seemed stressed or maybe even annoyed at the amount of customers they have to interact with. Transactions ultimately got done, but I think some customers left feeling like the woman behind the counter thought they were stupid.

David MGas was below 1/8 of the tank when I picked up. So I had to get gas right away. Then when I returned vehicle, they charged for 2 gallons which was not right!
SRINIVAS BUhaul app picked out the wrong vehicle and there was no way to remediate changes in the pickup process. The local staff tried hard to figure the issue out but the android/iOS application is poorly developed and cannot anticipate how rentals need to go.
